ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND Florida Windows and Doors!!
My family invested over $50K last year with Florida Windows & Doors (St. Pete) to replace every window/door, paid in full this July. On Aug 25, at 9:30PM, my husband, our 4-year-old, and I (8 months pregnant) were jolted awake by an explosive crack - our brand-new kitchen slider shattered on its own. My husband (an engineer) confirmed no impact: no rock, bird, debris, nothing. Their QC tech Eddie came next day, agreed no impact, taped/photographed, returned Thursday for more photos.
Suddenly, management reversed findings—without inspection. Project manager Fabrice and head of service Tiffany Jones declared “impact” from photos only.
Tiffany refused proof, a report, re-inspection, or escalation-she claimed she has no supervisor.
They refuse to stand by their product, analyze the glass, or review our other doors/windows. They flipped “no impact” to “impact” to avoid accountability, leaving us unsafe, uncovered, and unsupported.
Consumers deserve to know. We wre astounded by the awful experience and are taking other measures accordingly.

Buyer Beware!!
This company installed the windows in my new home that was built by Lennar. I have reached out due to noise in my house.
Since moving into my house I hear a dog barking when I am in my master bedroom with my windows closed. The dog is at least 45 - 50 ft away from my master bedroom. If I am in my dining room, the dog sounds like he is in the house with me. I hear traffic from the turnpike which is a mile away from my house. I hear the wind outside my house. I hear traffic and people talking as well.
When I reached out to the vendor I heard nothing back and when I did speak to them they told me I would hear noise in my house. I have also been told that they do not guarantee soundproof. I did not ask for the house to be soundproof I want the noise reduction that these windows are supposed to have.
I believe the windows are installed incorrectly and I wanted them looked at and repaired. Unfortunately no one will come out to look at my windows.
If you are going to buy windows from this company make sure they stand behind their product and their INSTALLATION!!!
Customer service is terrible. This staff took my order wrong and straight out lied about sending me emails for a quote, they quoted the wrong product, then got mad at me for their mistake, The lady I was speaking with who took my order wrong blamed it on me and was really rude and disrespectful. If this is their first impression for their service, than its terrible. there are plenty of other company's out their with nice staff and do incredible work, I would steer away from these liars
