Great location & Value! Don't Stay on Ground Floor
☺ Great location, walking distance to tourist attractions and Sandton City Mall.
I felt secure.
Apartment was comfortable, kitchen facilities adequate. Sofa was basic.
☹ Ground floor tends to get noisy, not ideal for a light sleeper. Also too dark for me, especially since I had back streetview room. Got gloomy after two days. Meals available but pricey & basic.

I thoroughly enjoyed my staff - I felt safe, loved the decor and location to sandton city and my office

☹ Restaurant closed at 20:00, I worked late and would have been nice to have a meal at 20:30
Maintenance of rooms … broken tiles, tv didn’t work

Overall ok. It’s more suited for the young party crowd.

☹ Only one towel for 2 people. Also waiting to be checked in. Previous guests checked out late so the room was only cleaned past check in time . If you know you have people coming in previous guests need to leave on time. The check in area was full. Only one receptionist serving many clients though she tried her best to assist.
Also there were people screaming and fighting sometime through the night ( sounded like a domestic dispute). Basin leaking in the room so couldn’t use it ( this was reported)
