This is my first time to employ Crown for repairing my car. James Barton, the Manager, and his team provide a professional severice and nice monitoring for repairing my car. By their professional performance, repairing can be completed on time. This is very critical for me because I need to use car daily. Although my cases were missed part of information, James and his team assisted me to contact with MPI and try to settle them. This review is for the new location on Portage Avenue.
We had the windshield of our CX-30 replaced after a stonechip led to a crack. Jana and her team were fantastic to work with. Communication was clear and expedient. They had to order a windshield for us, and we particularly appreciated that they ensured that the replacement was in perfect condition before having us come down with our vehicle. When we picked up our vehicle, it had been washed and was ready to go. We strongly recommend their services!

Their repair shop does a great job fixing the car, like a 9/10, but the detailing crew does a trash job when cleaning the car interior, I somehow ended up with a dirtier interior than what it looked like when I gave them my car, beware anyone that gets their car fixed here, check your car interior thoroughly before signing and taking your car back.

Crown Auto Body & Glass (West) - Jana and her team were amazing. I have had very mediocre autobody and glass repair experiences in the city over the 9 years that I have owned my vehicle and this was hands down the best from start to finish. Managed expectations, quick service turnaround, cleaned the car in and out and bonus shout out to Body Technician Jon Harder for going the extra mile and polishing up my headlights which was completely unrelated to the body work being done. Glad to have this gem nearby!
