One of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Sherri spent nearly two hours over the course of two visits helping us find the perfect and most comfortable mattress for us. It was a low pressure sale because she focused entirely on helping us find something that worked for us and encouraged us to lay on pretty much every mattress in the store until we landed on the right one. It was delivered the next day and we've been sleeping amazingly in the weeks since.

Easiest and fastest mattress shopping(even for online). Sherri goes above and beyond for her customers. We needed a mattress before December 15th, she made sure we got the mattress that we want. My partner and I took a trip to go find the perfect mattress, which was a task that we both dreaded but knew was long overdue. Instead of going to a generic, run-of-the-mill mattress store, we took a leap and went here (due to the reviews). Let me tell you- it did not disappoint! The showroom was clean and well-kept and Sherri showed us around, inquiring me of my needs, concerns, physical discomfort. The trip then became a trial and error effort, a diagnostic drive, to find the perfect mattress for me (which you would never find at a big name mattress store). We never felt pressed by any type of "upsale" (which after working so much retail, I know how annoying that can be to both give AND receive), the experience was exceptionally personable and you know that customer service is ESSENTIAL to their business. On top of all of that, not ONLY did they schedule people to deliver and ASSEMBLE the bed, but also, REMOVE our old bed; I was FLOORED. Please check this place out if you are looking for a new mattress- you will not be disappointed ???

Sherri's is Amazing. They got me the bed of my dreams, at an amazing price, and had it delivered straight to my bedroom. My back is so happy. 'Very communicative, honest, friendly, just all around fantastic! I'm telling all my friends... "You need a new bed? Here is where you wanna shop!"

Sherri is a great human being. She made us feel comfortable. She is honestly caring and is completely ok if you don’t buy anything. We were in the store until 9pm even though her husband had cooked dinner and it was waiting at home. Also, she knows her stuff! Go latex!
