Sir, We respectfully ask you to remove the review. You should know how the thumbtack system works your information is available for all the contractors in the system and they can reach out to you. With the number of jobs we got during the last couple of days, we cannot take reparations right now. What do you prefer that we lie to you and say we will do it and then do not show? Maybe you should read the condition of the site and learn how it works, you can contact contractors directly or they can reach to you! We even refer you to an installer that can help you. Were you charged by us? Also, the fact that you have two or three missing shingles and the condition of the roof is unknown to us.No all roofs are repairable. And if that is the case, usually there is a legit claim. The reason told you to hit the NOT hired button was so you are not liked to ou profile and you can keep looking for your chosen contractor You are hurting a business without any reason, and we work hard to please and deliver to each of our customers; that is how you have been in business for 11 years. Sir with all due respect what make you Think" We want to scam trough the insurance" What you have is called Storm Damage. What we offer is a Free Inspection to qualify if you roof is repairable or not and if in case is not reparable . I really invite you to READ what we sent you. Also , In order to recommend you filing an Insurance first we invest time and money reviewing everything. If your roof is 11-20 Years old likely the Shingle is not available since back n 2011 mostly all the manufacturers changed the Shingles and it cannot be mixed. Unless you want to do a bad job and lost the manufacturer warranty. Really appreciate if you can remove the review since you have been asked nothing in return and in 11 years experience I never have recommend nobody to file a claim unless they have Legit Damages. It says FREE INSPECTION NOT QUOTE! Also said in the message sent to you We really appreciate it if you can remove the review because you are hurting our business without reason. Our Profile is clear, your post said Insurance claim Pending, and in the msg sent to you, it was clear that we are doing Free Inspection. We specialize in insurance claims, and since Covid, it is everything we have been taking care of. I am not sure if you prefer a contractor. that will commit to a price to " Win the job " and then cut corners or invoice you in the back end. We are honest and do not do that, and as mentioned to you, we are over capacity handling claims right now, so we cannot commit to something we know we cannot deliver.

Mr. Nick With all due respect, you may be mistaken for another company. We tried to call you several times and even wrote to you here on August 13, 2020, informing us we were trying to reach you. Then on August 17th,2020 the systems showed you hired a different contractor, and then on August 22nd, 2020 you wrote a review. I personally was the one calling you and even gave you my cell phone number. After the system showed you hire somebody else, we stoped trying to reach you out. Respectfully, Ivan
