What amazing customer service! Clarke came and hang 4 x TV’s. He did a great job and nothing was too much to ask. Cleaned up all the mess that was made! Clark did a fantastic job of mounting our tv and sound bar. He was quick, clean and friendly. I didn’t realise the sound bar I purchased needed a separate mount and he was very patient while I went out to purchase one as it was unfortunately not one they could easily replicate on site. Matt was very helpful and efficient with phone and email enquiries. Highly recommend their services and will be using again when needed!

Mounted my 78 inch tv in with the help of me lifting it up on the mount but had to come back for a right angle hdmi install and to lock in my tv which he said he would do but didn’t,I had to take it down disconnect cords and feed hdmi and reconnect cord and then lock tv in by myself, message after message and no reply back, I find it disrespectful and rude not to reply back to me or any of your clients let alone to come back to finish your job like you said you would, yes it’s always good how well you done the job but it’s the satisfaction level of the client and professional approach on doing things like informing and replying back to your customers who pay you in cash to do the full job, I wouldn’t recommend due to not keeping he’s word and feel like it was a half done job. I even feel kinda bad I have to leave a negative review but it is what it is.

From the first enquiry, Matt was prompt to follow up with a phone call, and came to the house to view the area we wanted the TV mounted on. He even managed to get a bracket that worked for our TV without having to use a custom fitting - and updated the invoice accordingly. Matt was polite, prompt, and professional, very easy to deal with. Even working under the watchful eye of a 4 & 2 yr old didn't faze him! Would highly recommend Matt & Invision for all your tv mounting needs.
