I deeply regretted I went to Bodhizone at 23rd street for PT, chiropractor, pain management, Pilates, and acupuncture. First of all, they run the business dishonestly. 2018 December, I exhausted my chiropractor visit but Bodhizone told me they will work with my insurance company to get a few more sections so I went ahead booking chiropractor. On the day of visit, front desk told me I did not have chiropractor appointment. I was confused so I booked another one. I also asked specific time for doctors I will be seeing but front desk just assured me I will be seeing all three doctors. Again, on the day of visit, I was told I was not booked for chiropractor. I was screaming out "again" to the front desk so she said she doesn't know if chiropractor will have time to see me blah blah. Finally chiropractor Dr. Ly came to my room and gave me 10 minutes adjustment. It is my first time to see a chiropractor who only spent that little time with me and of course he did not evaluate me. I really needed chiropractor and if you don't want to see me for whatever reason, I can go somewhere else. I think it's to do with the insurance payment because after new year insurance restarts, Dr. Ly is so willing to see me all the time. However, he still spent very little time without fully evaluation. I went to chiropractor regularly in another place. I know how it supposed to be. After a few more trials, I told front desk not to book chiropractor. Ironically, Dr. Ly still show up in my room and I have to tell him I do not want chiropractor today. He and Bodhizone don't care about patients. Dr. Dalton is my PT. He is overbooked. My insurance pays PT for close to $500 but he spent less than 30 minutes with me. A lot of time it's the assistant watching me exercise. December 2018, I injured my hamstring and my calf was really tight. Dr. Deo who gave me massages before PT said she will tell Dr. Dalton to give me some relief. Dr. Dalton came in first let me do some quad sets and then foam roller single leg deadlifts!!!! The next day my legs were swollen and hurt so much. I had to rest on the bed for two days. January 2019, my hamstring still bothered me so I went to orthopedic who told me I am supposed to rest, not exercise. So I told Dr. Dalton that my hamstring is injured and tight, hoping he could help me. He made me to do a stretch and said the fact that I was able to stretch like that means my hamstring is not tight. I felt tight because of weakness. I need to get stronger. I insisted my point and he then ordered some ice afterwards. What the f. Now it's April, I am still dealing with the hamstring injury with my new PT. I am very flexible and Everyone is different. He apparently doesn't know it as a physical therapist. He could spend a little time palpitating my hamstring but he did not, because he started treating another patient already (after short time with me)on the second floor gym. I went there once a week for almost three months and I can't still walk well. Dr. Dalton never re-evaluated me. PT should evaluate patients periodically. I had to ask him to see me walk and stand. He can find nothing because he has no clue. Plus he doesn't even believe what I said about my hamstring. My new PT said my left hamstring is so badly injured and my abductor is tight. Both are pulling my lower back and buttock, causing imbalance of my whole body. I have been with my new PT for two and half weeks now and I can walk much better. Dr. Deo, the physician there, who usually massages my back before PT. I told her my calf is really tight and also inner side of my knee, then she figured out I injured my hamstring. I asked her what I can do. She said "nothing" and she will talk to PT to give me some relief and walked out. I believed in them because they are professional or supposed to be. Wrong! What I should do is RICE if injury is current and rest. And how about orthopedic evaluation and MRI. How about ART therapy or stretch after pain subsides. She is absolutely incompetent. My current physical therapist is an one on one manual therapist and works an hour on me for the same $500 insurance payment. Bodhizone ripped me off. The way Bodhizone runs business is dangerous for patients. They have no ability to solve complicated issues as opposed to they claimed on the website and have no desires to help their patients regain health. I would give negative star if I could. I tried Pilates once and acupuncture a couple times. Horrible experiences. Avoid Bodhizone.

The team at Bodhizone has been treating me for the past year for multiple issues.  I came in originally to see their chiropractor, Dr. Anna, because I was having some numbness in my arms and shoulder issues.  With her help, NO MORE NUMBNESS! I can hold a subway pole and not cringe with pain (yeah, I still cringe because who knows whose hands have been touching those things).   The real cherry on top is for Dr. Lea, their PT.  She's helped me recover from a 10-year issue with my hips!  FINALLY! A physical therapist that KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING!  I'm finally able to run and do a full workout without having to quit halfway through.  Yes, I'll be doing modifications for the rest of my days but with Dr. Lea's help, I can do them properly and be the strongest version of myself I can be. Dr. Lea's work blends perfectly with the acupuncturist, Dr. Nicholas.  I've only worked with one other acu- person but Dr. Nicholas is by far the most knowledgeable in his field.  He's been treating me for multiple things and one in particular that I didn't even realize was an issue! Dr. Nicholas has magic hands! Melinda and Vanessa have made my whole experience amazing.  Whenever I need anything (like a schedule change of reminder, OOPS) they are the ladies that have my back! I'd recommend this location of Bodhizone above all others, this team works phenomenally together. HANDS DOWN!

I love coming here. I came in with a back problem after finding Dr. Anna Di through ZocDoc.  The entire team is amazing - Dr. Lea can tell whats bothering me the second I walk in and knows how to fix any issue, Dr. Nic gives the best acupuncture I've ever gotten and does cupping which is fantastic, Melinda is great and encourages me when we do my PT and Vanessa always greets me with a big smile and knows the answer to all my billing, insurance and scheduling questions.  My back issue was treated very thoroughly and attentively and healed well after bothering me for months.  I've been coming for almost a year now even though my back is better to work on other small issues and I recommend this place to all my friends from my gym with injuries- I don't know where I'd be without them.

I found Bodhizone through Zocdoc several months ago and have been incredibly pleased over the course of my treatment here. My first appointment was with Dr. Anna Di, who patiently talked through my medical history and needs to help suggest treatment plans that would work with my insurance. She recommended adding PT as well as acupuncture to help my lower back pain and sciatica, introducing me to another therapist in the office, Dr. Nicholas Song. I'm newer to acupuncture and have to say that I wish I started with Dr. Song sooner, who is always friendly and kind. He goes above and beyond just treating my pain, but also effectively works to help my other health issues. The entire office at Bodhizone is so pleasant--when I get to leave work for treatment it's one of the best parts of my week.

My wife had her first appointment on April 20th with Dr. Anna Di, DC,  she was amazing, bedside manner was top notch and a total professional, She really listened to my wife's concerns and we felt at ease and not rushed, Dr. Anna then introduced us to the Physical therapist Dr. Anna Lea Cloribel, what a team, She spent some time with my wife and was awesome as well, bedside manner rocked as well, the receptionist Vanessa was very kind and knowledgeable, the Office design is beautiful and welcoming, we couldn't be happier with our experience at this practice, going back tomorrow.

I have been coming here for a little over a month now. This new office they have in midtown just recently opened up. I am a little over a year post ACL surgery and came in because of chronic knee pain. I tore it doing martial arts and chose Bodhizone because of their experience with athletes, and Rob Lin, the PT I have been seeing, has a martial arts background. While I have been to many PTs since hurting my knee, I can say I have really enjoyed working with Rob because he is not afraid to try new techniques and exercises which keeps what can otherwise get boring and repetitive fresh and fun. He is easygoing but also very knowledgeable and willing to spend time to explain the science and body mechanics behind the therapy activities. I would definitely recommend Bodhizone and wish I came here sooner.
