I won’t go into disgusting detail about what my car looked and smelled like before taking it to Miles, but I will say when I got my car back - there was NO trace of the projectile vomiting that took place - (bad food poisoning episode while driving) - and went INTO MY VENT!
From the first phone call through the time of vehicle pick up, Miles led with transparency, upfront communication, and gave me an education in the process! Beyond his incredible work and abilities / skills in this industry, he showed a willingness to go above and beyond for a (desperate) stranger in need. He owed me absolutely nothing as a new customer when he was already well booked through the month, yet he fit me in and gave a “brand new” looking/ smelling car at the end of it all! I could not have found this anywhere else for the price point/ amount of work and time he put into this car of mine! He took all of the seats out of my car and did multiple treatments on them, AND took apart my vent system and ordered new parts and a new cabin filter for it! He even took a video scope that went into my vent, down below where the human eye was able to see, and gave me updates about what he saw/ found down there. I am SO grateful I found his business and trusted the posted reviews… they are ALL reflective of how wonderful Miles is and the work he does!
I won’t take my car anywhere else moving forward… (though I hope I don’t have any more food poisoning episodes anytime soon!). If you’re looking for more than detailing but a deep cleaning / treatment for any type of mold, bile, body fluids… and beyond - this is your place! Thank you, Miles for giving me my car and sanity back!!!

Jason did an amazing job with our Toyota RAV4. We had a sunroof leak due to a deteriorating seal. We really needed mold remediation on the vehicle. Trust the reviews you are reading here!! Not only did he do an amazing job, his thorough explanation of the process makes you know you pick the right professional to take care of the job. He went above and beyond to make the car look brand new and check to make sure the leak was fixed correctly. I would definitely recommend this company and will be back for all our detailing needs.

Jason did an amazing job on my moldy car! It was better than when I got it from the dealership. He communicated consistently, always got my permission if something was going to cost more or take more time, and took every possible step to make sure I was happy with the results. He even rounded up all the random stuff in my car and put it in a nice bag--I did not expect that level of care at all. I've recommended him to all my coworkers and I hope he gets more business from it!

10 out of 5 rating if I could! I was hopeless that I was going to find someone that was experienced/knowledgable about mold removal. I was also nervous that the only places out there would cost an arm AND a leg. I was fortunate enough to come across this company and I was BLOWN AWAY by the service! He was very knowledgable, professional, incredible attention to detail, ensured to address the source of the issue/fixed it, and made sure I was updated every step of the way. Jason was fantastic! I left my car out for many months and it unfortunately grew a white and green mold on the cloth seating and seat belts. He got rid of it and the inside looked like new. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares about his work. He communicates well. He'll be my main guy for any detailing. Highly recommend

Jason is exceptional! From the moment I first called, to scheduling an in person review for a quote, to the final product! Just WOW! Customer service and the work done is top notch! I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with mold in my car. This is a new one for me. The car was purchased used and had been in an accident. Not all the plugs were put in place nor the body resorted to keep leeks from seeping into the cabin. This is something I had never delt with nor thought of. I found a water bottle under my passenger seat that was nearly empty, felt moisture , did my due diligence to remove it myself, got it cleaned and dried out (so I thought) but then a few weeks later... found a musty smell again and this time, when turning on the air conditioner/ heater I began to feel my allergies flaring up. I figured it was spring and it was nothing to do with the car. I check the back passenger seat and found fuzzy mold building up on the carpet. I checked the rest of the car and found more as well as more moisture! I freaked out as I had let my two little kids ride a few times in this car (this is our commuter car and not our everyday kid transport car). I was in full panic mode as I felt like I put my kids in a toxic hazard death mobile. Jason was so kind on the phone and was able to get me in that same day to get an in person quote. From drop off to pick up, it took about a week for the car to get restored and detailed as he took the whole inside apart to deep clean, fix any leaks, place missing plugs and allow for proper drying time. Final product is fantastic. He also educated us on things to look out for, the importance of changing air filters, spotting signs of leaks and just general knowledge of maintaining a mold/moisture (mostly) free environment, as much as you can in the PNW. We highly recommend him! On top of treating the car for mold he also fully detailed the car. 100% best experience!

I took my horribly mold ridden Subaru Forester to Detail by Miles, and I could NOT be happier with the service I received! My car was a mess, and had been sitting for months in the mold. Jason was so kind and empathetic, and cleaned the living HECK out of that thing! He did an extremely thorough job, and didn't charge for thoughtful extra features like fixing my bent car key or broken window weather siding. Additionally, I had to reschedule the day of my appointment as my battery died in my vehicle, and he was extremely understanding and kind and was able to get me back in ASAP! I couldn't recommend him more, worth every penny and then some!

I took my car in because I had mold growing under my driver seat. I was worried about the entire process and so worried about my car but Jason had great communication throughout the whole thing and did such a great job! Took my 2012 Camaro to Jason Miles this past weekend, to fix a leak in the trunk. Leak had been left over from a previous repair job, since before I bought the car. He located exactly where the leak was, fixed it, and had car ready for me in little more than an hour. Price was very reasonable, and I left very pleased. I had high hopes after reading some of the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed! Would likely go back again, if similar work is needed.
