Shaun was absolutely amazing I recommend seeing him, lol I bought the van. Yes and wish I didn’t, if you bought a zenith caravan you will suffer the consequences of them just getting rid of the rubbish on poor unsuspecting consumers, they will lie to you and do a dodgy job to fix it. They had it for 10 months to fix it and guess what it’s still not fixed. They have had it in the workshop longer than what we have had it. Thank you for destroying our dream

I’m glad to hear Shaun provided you with outstanding service — he consistently goes above and beyond for every customer.
That said, I need to be very clear about the concerns you’ve raised. Your van was taken back to the Pro RV Melbourne factory for repairs. These works were **not** completed by Destiny RV, nor do we have any control over how Pro RV manufactures or repairs their caravans. As you already know, we are **not** the manufacturer and have zero involvement in their build quality or internal processes.
Given this, it’s extremely disappointing to see our business given a one-star review when we have supported you throughout the process — including organising and **paying the transport costs** to get your van to Melbourne for the repairs you requested AND BACK.
We’ve done everything within our power to assist you, despite the issues being entirely related to the manufacturer.
Your frustration is understandable, but directing it at Destiny RV — when we neither built nor repaired your van — is entirely unwarranted.
Absolutely awful review for the level of service and cost we have provided you outside of our responsibility! The costs that came out of our pocket to assist you because we cared about you having your van back.
Please make sure you return to Pro RV for any future Warranty work or assistance.
