I appreciate that Tara is always flexible about our "division of labor" to keep my budget under control. We have an ongoing dialogue about the best way to accomplish something - whether she handles it, whether she teaches me how to do something, or whether I tackle things on my own (like ongoing product updates). I also appreciate her availability and responsiveness. Any time I've experienced an error or glitch on my site (usually related to an update), she's always replied very quickly to come up with a game plan and solution. She knows her stuff and is so nice to work with. I feel like she's always watching out for me and my site, and recommends changes in design/services only when they make sense. I highly recommend her!
