When I first visited the orthodontist, I was nervous about getting braces. However, the orthodontist and their team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, answered all of my questions, and addressed any concerns I had. Everyone at the office was nice, helpful, etc but I came here with the expectation that my TMJ, which I’ve had for most of my adult life, would be greatly reduced or eliminated with the use of Invisalign. A year and a half and $4000 later I’m told my treatment is done, and yes, my teeth are straighter (they weren’t that bad to begin with), but my TMJ is now worse than ever. I had to deal with constant clicking while chewing before orthodontic care, but now I am clicking more frequently and am in actual physical pain; I wake up every morning with a locked jaw, and it can take all day to unlock it (or longer). Eating is painful and difficult unless it’s something soft or doesn’t require chewing. Now I have to spend more money to go to a specialist or physical therapy. No stars for being misled about TMJ treatment, and absolutely no stars for Invisalign, to boot. I literally paid a ton of money to make an already existing condition much worse.

We had a wonderful experience here as my daughter had gotten her braces 6 months ago and just last month she got her braces taken off and she was excited. The staff were just amazing and so nice with her. Just great customer service overall I must say. Will be coming back for our phase 2 ☺️

I had an awful experience with this office. From the very beginning of my orthodontic treatment I was given conflicting information on numerous occasions by multiple different people. The staff is condescending and acts like it’s outside of their job description to explain things. I had an appointment at which they took a scan of my mouth to do a new set of Invisalign trays, two days later they called me and said they wouldn’t be ordering the trays, and instead would be canceling my treatment due to me hysterically crying in their office after getting conflicting information about my treatment and being told it’s “no worries” that my teeth weren’t moving correctly.

I had orthodontic treatment here as an adult and had excellent results! Dr. Farina was able to treat my specific case with Invisalign when other orthodontists told me it was not possible with Invisalign alone. I just brought my daughter here the other day to start her treatment and she loves her Invisalign. Office is always clean, appointments are quick, and everyone is very friendly. Cost is reasonable with 0% in house financing. Best orthodontist around!

I'm currently in the middle of my Invisalign treatment and I have to say, Dr. Franco and Dr. Farina are amazing! The staff here is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The success of Invisalign really comes down to your discipline, but the team goes above and beyond to support you in achieving the best smile possible. One thing I really like is being able to track my ongoing transformation on the Smile Doctors app. Highly reccomend the team here if you are looking to start Invisalign.

Today is very big for me because I am getting my braces off😁My experience with Dr.Farina and his team has been wonderful. They are so welcoming and friendly. His establishment is very clean and smells great, but most importantly my teeth looks VERY BEAUTIFUL and SMOOTH with the help of Dr.Farina and his team. Dr Farina is awesome at every appointment, and fixing things another dentist messed up years ago (middle teeth were bonded weirdly by another dentist). The office is new, with state of the art equipment. Wish I started Invisalign here sooner
