The folks at Floor Decor are truly amazing and made my daughter's day. We went in with a very specific request regarding a substrate (basically flooring) for a leopard gecko enclosure. We thought we wanted a slate tile cut to order but Craig (yes, ~that~ Craig, he's just as wonderful in person as on TT) googled a bit for us and between him and the owner, Glenn, an amazing guy as well, they discovered that linoleum would also work, and they had the PERFECT linoleum in stock! I cannot emphasize how much this meant to my daughter, to give her gecko a new "floor," and to me that they took the care to listen to our weird and very specific request with patience and such a positive, problem-solving attitude. That kind of service is so rare these days. We will be back for any flooring and decor needs and I will absolutely be recommending Floor Decor to everyone I know! Thank you Craig and Glenn!

Designs By Dave O. completely revamped the website for a non-profit I am involved with on a personal level and it looks fantastic. When it was decided that the non-profit I work for needed a website overhaul, we met with Dave to discuss, and at the end of our call, everyone knew Designs By Dave O. would be the best fit for us. He and his wife met with us to discuss options for content, aesthetics, styling, additional features, options, etc. and then gave us the time and information needed for us to make the right decision for us. We had regular conversations with Dave throughout the process as he wanted to ensure that everything we were looking for was being executed, and would be implemented, in the correct way. Everything was finished within the timelines we needed, as Dave assured us they would be, and we had several opportunities to review the changes to the website before it went live. Dave was so receptive to all of the questions our team had for him and super helpful in answering everything in a way that 'made sense' for those of us who are less tech-savvy. Dave has been extremely friendly and familiar (and funny!) throughout this process and I look forward to continuing our relationship with him moving forward as we continue to expand our website. If he does not hear from you, he will follow up rather than you chasing him. He listens to what you want, gives great feedback, asks questions to really understand the final goal. The flooring selection is all inclusive. The staff is knowledgeable. The installation crew excellent. Buying carpeting and having it installed was easy and enjoyable.

Great experience. Went to the store, had a wide selection of great laminate floors and they had a great carpet to match it. The installers they sent over were excellent, came out great and they cleaned up after themselves. Whole process was done in about 3 weeks. Highly recommend

I had a great experience! I was clueless about buying a living room rug, and Maria was super patient, helpful, and honest. She pointed me in the right direction and made the process very easy and successful! Craig got in touch with me quickly and seamlessly in order to measure the space, and within the time frame they estimated the rug was beautifully laid out in my space! Can’t say enough - friendly, helpful, and great expertise!
