Derek arrived when scheduled. He professional and knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed and corrected in short time. When the roof was replaced they put on a vent with a screen. It was eventually completely blocked. Dryer works fine now.

Another great experience with Luis at Denver Pros. We are repeat customers after we tried cleaning by ourselves - several episodes of our two elderly cats peeing on our brand new carpet, but the Rug Doctor we rented did not do the whole job. When I called Denver Pros, I got an estimate right away and they had an opening the next day. Luis did a very professional, neat, and fast job with our carpet. He took care of our problem, explained everything he was going to do, and said how long it would take to dry. He was efficient, polite and professional. THANK YOU! The price was very reasonable for the space as well. You can’t compare it to renting a Rug Doctor because that is only as hot as the water in your tap, and Denver Pros has a machine that injects steam and enzymes into the rug and rug pad for way deeper, more consistent cleaning. We will keep the cats out of the basement going forward, but if we do have another issue, we know who to call: Denver Pros!

Super disappointed as they had to reschedule twice and 15 mins before our second scheduled time they said they weren’t able to come anymore and would need to reschedule. I had communicated prior in the week that we had a timeline and needed them done by Friday due to an event we were hosting on Saturday. We rearranged our schedules, moved all our furniture, took off work, and got our dog set up elsewhere in preparation. I’m not one to write a negative review but this really put us in a bind in multiple ways.

This company has no idea what they are doing. I attempted to schedule a dryer vent cleaning and not only did they give me the run around with scheduling, they were going on about getting on the roof. Our dryer vent is maybe 8 feet off the ground and comes straight out of the wall. Save your time and look elsewhere.

After looking at the reviews of several companies to clean and polish our hardware floors, we settled on Denver Pros Cleaning Service. Their communication and responsiveness prior to the job was excellent. And the two young men that did the work were extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. We could not be happier with how they brought our floors back to their original beauty. We will refer them for sure, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Hired Denver Pros in March to clean the dryer vent. 2 months later I was notified by a dryer repairman that the vent had no airflow and was a fire hazard. I contacted Denver Pros to come out and check the vent since they had just cleaned it. They made 3 appointments with me and failed to show for all Of them. I will never use this company again. Nor will I recommend them. They do not stand by their work.

My carpet was cleaned by magic steam cleaners. Apparently this company was bought out or joined Denver pros cleaning. Luis and his brother did an awesome job. My carpet looks brand new. It is twelve years old. Last commercial cleaner did a awful job. Luis and his brother, were courteous and professional.

Denver Pros team did an amazing job. They kept us in the loop the whole time. We will definitely use them again and refer them.
