Hired Denver Pros in March to clean the dryer vent. 2 months later I was notified by a dryer repairman that the vent had no airflow and was a fire hazard. I contacted Denver Pros to come out and check the vent since they had just cleaned it. They made 3 appointments with me and failed to show for all
Of them. I will never use this company again. Nor will I recommend them. They do not stand by their work.

My carpet was cleaned by magic steam cleaners. Apparently this company was bought out or joined Denver pros cleaning. Luis and his brother did an awesome job. My carpet looks brand new. It is twelve years old. Last commercial cleaner did a awful job. Luis and his brother, were courteous and professional.

Don’t really even deserve a one star … booked appt for dryer vent cleaning 2 times and waited each day for their 2 hour window and beyond and they never showed.. no call, no text ,and no email. Called several times left messages no return call. Called and spoke to a representative and she assure me we were next call.. guess what you guessed no show no call. Wouldn’t use this company if they were the only company I’d do a utube and do it myself. Beware your time is more valuable .

When I first reached out to this company, they were extremely responsive, eager to book my appointment, and from the original work they did I thought they did a good job.
After letting my carpet dry for a few days, I noticed that there was a brown line, running up my stairs, which looked to be from the hose that they used (this was not there before they cleaned my carpets).
Also, there were very light stains in my kids bedrooms that came back instantly. When I reached out to let them know, they were again, very responsive and scheduled me for the next week. On the day of my cleaning, I received a text that their equipment was broke down, and that somebody would be in contact with me to reschedule. After I did not receive a call, I sent them a text message with no response. I then sent them a text every day for five days with no response. I then emailed Oscar and Sandy and even called the call center to have someone call me back, with no response. They claim to have a guarantee on their work but when you need them to come back out they will not respond to you. I would definitely suggest reaching out to another company.
It looks like Oscar is very responsive on yelp to bad reviews, so I'm hoping he will rectify this situation.
