Do not recommend at all, unless want to get scammed and waste your time and money.
I went to Denver Mac Repair to fix my HomePod for a sound issue, everything else was perfectly fine. Christopher made me sign a form and pay $99 upfront, he said they will keep me updated throughout the process an the estimate repair date was 4/9, I was never updated they only called once but that only happened because I called them several times to check on it, I was told on 4/21 when I called them again that my HomePod was fixed and ready to be picked up, upon picking it up I paid $45 more. When I arrived home and plug in the device it didn't power on, was poorly reassembled as parts were coming out. I went back to get a resolution today 4/22 but unfortunately Christopher got defensive and said the most they can do is take another look, I explained to him that I didn't feel comfortable doing that due to the experience I had with them, he simply refused to make it right and this feels like scam to me.

So happy with the experience! I had a 2014 MacBook that would not let me reinstall macOS anymore. It was a dead Mac. For a $95 diagnostic they found the problem and for $200 they replaced the defective board and it’s running like a charm!
Communicated along the way with lots of information, and had it back to me within two days of dropping it off.
I was so nervous that it would cost a fortune or that it couldn’t be fixed. But I am 100% happy with the outcome!

I took my iPod in to replace the battery and possible the cracked screen. I left after giving a $50. down payment. I received a call telling me they could not replace the battery of screen themselves and would have to send it out. I then asked if they could transfer some of the info I had on the old ipod into another iPod I had. They say yes and returned to the store with the new iPod. when I returned, they said they were not able to do a transfer yet not refund get $50.
OK, first off, I will never return, but more importantly, to recognize that not returning my $50. is more important than doing the right thing. With a business practice like that, I hope a business like yours does not flourish because we don't need service like that in Denver.
Don't believe everything you read! I called to see if i could get a battery in my son's Mack Book Pro in a few hours and was quoted 3-5 days, then after talking to his tech came back with 1-2 days. I explained up-front that my som n is a laaw student and cannot be without his computer for days. Meanwhile, the Google reviews displayed here for Denver Mac repair are praising 2 hour turnarounds. Obviously there is a significant disconnect between their talk and their walk. Customer beware.

We do two hour turnaround's for iPhones. In laptops the batteries are considerably more time-consuming to service. They are actually glued in and it takes more time to get them replaced.
Excellent! I have a 2013 Mac book Air . My cat chewed through the charger so I took it to Micro center they did not carry the correct charger they said I needed a Gen 1 so I called around and found this great place and he said he had the gen 1; well I got there with my laptop and the old/ not working charger and the man here said oh you have/ need a Gen 2 and we have those . Awesome!! Also it’s the real deal apple product. I had already ordered a knockoff from Amazon which won’t arrive until next week. I’m surprised that the apple “professionals” at micro center gave me incorrect info so I guess getting 2nd opinions is always a good idea. Thank you to this place for efficiently helping me and I’ll surely return.
I wish I could give a 4.5. I had my MacBook Pro just die on me and was petrified (I am a grad student who works primarily via my computer). They did a fantastic job fixing it and even fixed a couple bad keys for me for free. They were also super kind everytime I called paranoid to ask for updates (additional to the ones they already messaged), clarifications, and other questions. It is also very clear they do everything with the goal of NOT wasting your money. The only thing I didn’t love was that they did not tell me about their rush option when I first came in. I only heard of the rush option during one of my paranoid calls and by then it only saved me a day rather than the 3 it originally would have (since it was over the weekend). Otherwise fantastic service and I’ll definitely be using them again if my Mac breaks down.
My son’s laptop was running slow, had pop ups that kept appearing, etc. Denver Mac Repair fixed the issues in a very timely matter and runs like new! They also provided a paper explaining everything they did and what was wrong with the laptop which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend Denver Mac Repair.
Let me start this review by saying I’m just a regular customer with no incentive to do this review. In fact, considering my computer issues - I think I’m well reasoned in being frustrated with the headaches that have recently spurred due to my Mac and damage it received. With that - I would like to posit the following:
These folks at Denver Mac Repair have made owning a Mac and dealing with repairs, service, maintenance, etc - significantly more cost effective and viable. I cannot stress enough how much easier Denver Mac Repair has made my life when I needed my computer working after damage.
When considering another computer or needing to get your current Apple product checked out - the Apple Store should be your last option with Denver Mac Repair being your first.
Also, shout out to Christian and Gabe on particular who kindly and effectively handled both customer service and the necessary repairs on my computer. I even brought it back after the initial service did not entirely fix the issue and they handled the problem.
Even if there are problems in the future - I trust that the folks at Denver Mac Repair will shoot it straight with me, be reasonable and fair, and earnestly work to resolve the issue.
