Terrible management Although the staff team is committed to their role, management are 100% focused on a profit driven look showing little regard for their employees welfare. Senior management threat termination of role if fail to meet their unrealistic expectations. The contracts include questionable terms, such as a £400 fee for mandatory training if employees leave within a year, which was not communicated prior to the training. Management's involvement with the young people and their needs is minimal, and there is insufficient funding to support them. The houses are unsafe, and the support from management is nearly absent. I would recommend not falling for the appealing hourly pay rate and run!!

High marks for Vista My mom has lived at Vista for one month. She is enjoying her experience very much. She has a very nice room with private bathroom. The building interior looks beautiful and well kept. There are many activities every day. She really enjoys keeping busy and being with all the other residents. All the staff are wonderful, helpful and kind and patient. We attended a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner put on by Vista for their residents and family. It was held in the main dining room and was complete with white table cloths and decor and it was delicious. They really work to make a family atmosphere. All in all I highly recommend Vista! Thank you Daniel and Luis!

Having my other parent in another local assisted living community, I cannot begin to explain the 24/7 hands on care that my dad received from the staff. Even after he took a turn for the worse and was put on hospice I am still being contacted by the wonderful staff to check in on myself and my father. Another plus is that the rooms are wonderfully spacious with their own bathrooms, and breathtaking views.

I have had nothing but a positive experience in working with Daniel and others at Vista Senior Living as we make such a big decision for Mom's care. My initial contact with Daniel was informative, my immediate impression of Daniel was of a very compassionate and caring person. He was able to give my sister and I an initial tour and we were both very impressed with the facility, the units, the levels of care available including full memory care when we get to that point. Let me say that Mom would not even allow us to broach this topic over these last few years - she was NOT leaving home. Daniel arranged with me to meet mom over coffee for a safe/unplanned/no agenda type meeting.. She fell in LOVE with him and wanted to take him home! We then scheduled an initial tour for mom with lunch, a sit on the patio swing and leisurely tour of rooms she could pick from. She had already met Daniel and that provided her with confidence and lowered her stress about the situation. She followed up with a second visit and has her room picked out.. She can't wait to move in!! Did I mention she can bring her kitty? She is looking forward to the companionship of other residents who she met in passing on the tours and asked them to "save her a seat". They said they would. We are taking this slow, but expect to move forward. We are hoping for quick resolution on open questions related to Medicaid approval to seal the deal :-) Daniel is so incredibly patient and generous with his time. I recommend you check out Vista as a home for you or your parent(s).

Vista Senior Living has been a very positive experience for our mother and all of us as well. The help from all of the employees, which seem like family members , has been wonderful. When we decided that our mother would be needing 24 hour assistance, I made the phone call to Vista to find out more particulars. Daniel welcomed me that day to take a tour. He answered every question that day and has more than willingly answered all of our questions since. Mom is comfortable and considers Vista to be her home with all of the friendly, helpful staff members and other residents. The rooms have nice mountain views and the outdoor sitting areas are nice too. We, as a family, have utilized the dining room for family visits and that was also greatly appreciated. I know I can speak for my mother and our family in saying we would highly recommend Vista Senior Living for your family member or friends.

Finding a place that my mother would be safe and content has been such an emotional and difficult process. Daniel was there for me - he came to my rescue when I was very low. I can’t begin to explain how much he has done. And his staff there have been so kind - to say nothing of how hard they work. They have gone above and beyond what i could ever hope for. I cannot recommend them enough.

My dad stayed there for a 2 week respite stay. The staff was responsive, Daniel and Janette went out of their way to help us. The floor staff even washed and packed up all his clothes and belongings for him/us! He was well feed and got to walk a ton (his favorite activity).

Daniel did a virtual tour with me, my sister and our mother (we are in another state) and it was great, he took us through all the types of rooms and common areas. Beautiful place! Daniel is very entertaining and helpful, got a good feeling from him.

My mom has been a resident of Vista Senior Living for over a month now and we have had a great experience with the facility so far! Her apartment is spacious, accessible, and has a lot of natural light. The staff is compassionate and patient with my mom which offers our family such relief knowing that she is safe and well cared for! She has the privacy of her own apartment with the ability to engage with staff and residents. During the day my mom has participated in activities including painting nails, puzzles, exercise class, card games, seasonal arts&crafts, and pool noodle balloon volleyball (which is as hilarious and fun as it sounds according to my mom). The staff has been amazing not only with my mom but with our entire family as well! They keep us updated with phone calls and pictures and have always been available when we have had questions. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking into a higher level of care

We moved my mother to Vista last week and I am pleased to report that for the first time in 3 years of assisted living residences mom is actually happy! She feels secure and is finally sleeping well. She loves the staff and reports that they are kind, considerate, respectful and very prompt. They know their job and do it exceedingly well. Her apartment is bright, spacious and airy with a generous closet and large bathroom. Peace of mind for me! Finally!
