A+ from beginning to end. Gene was incredibly helpful during the booking process. I reserved an SUV for my son and his girlfriend for the prom, I had the date wrong, Gene knew the date each town was having prom and set me straight. Our driver Rich showed up on time (15 minutes early) and was just a great guy. Super respectful and the kids had a blast!! Thanks Deluxe!!

We used Deluxe limo for our daughter’s prom. Her and 11 friends rode in style to the Log Cabin. Communication with the owner was great. Tim the chauffeur showed up early, dressed in a tux, helped all the kids in and out of the limo. Very happy with the service provided. Looking forward to using them again in the future.

I would like to begin by thanking you for your business. I would also like to address the misunderstanding regarding the vehicle that was discussed during our phone conversation. When I learned that there only 2 guests attending the prom, I suggested reserving an SUV,, and included that the two of them would be very comfortable in it.
After completing your reservation, I emailed you your confirmation along with an image of our brand new SUV's. What concerns me most of all, is that you claim that you didn't receive it. Part of the reason why we send confirmations is to make certian that all the details are correct, and that you have your chauffeur's name and contact information assigned.
At no time did I ever mention "stretch limousine" in our conversation.
Pictures of the chartered vehicle are also provided to ensure the guest, that this is the vehicle that was reserved. This was acknowledge when you provided purchase card information.
I would like to accomodate the prom goers with a ride through Bright Nights located at Forest Park, Springfield, Mass. this coming Holiday season. I think they will find the festive light display to be most enjoying while riding in the comfort of one of our SUV's. Complimentary light refreshments will be served and I will be your chuaffeur. This will be provided at no cost to you.
Your future support is greatly needed and appreciated; Natashia, and I would like to do what I can to continue to earn it. I sincerely wish for you to have a prosperous season filled with happiness, joy and good health.

We had an excellent experience with Deluxe Limo on New Year’s Eve! From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional.
Our driver was punctual and courteous. The limo itself was spotless, spacious, and truly lived up to the “deluxe” name.
Most important, communication was clear and service was reliable. It made our New Year’s Eve celebration stress-free and memorable.

They sent me an airport shuttle bus when a SUV was ordered and I was told by the driver that they dispatched him and that is what he drives then they wanted to kill me with heat and wouldn't adjust it to a cooler temp

We recently went to a concert in Foxboro. The limo was spotless inside and very comfortable. Our chauffeur, Paul, was amazing! He was very kind and professional. Our ride both ways was very enjoyable. On the way home, he knew exactly how to leave the parking lot with ease and avoid traffic on the major streets. We got home in good timing while I heard others were stuck in crazy traffic! Thanks so much, Paul!
