Extremely disappointed with Delta Plumbing Supply Company.
Their driver parked the vehicle in the middle of the road, completely blocking traffic and causing serious inconvenience to others.
I understand that in New York City, double parking is sometimes unavoidable, but there was street parking available right in front of their store, and choosing to double park under those circumstances is unacceptable.
This shows a lack of basic traffic awareness and consideration for others.
Horrible customer service and unable to to reach for support. when i bought a tank from them, they sold me a broken tank and when i came to return/refund it they told me they wouldn’t accept it and that i would have to deal with the official company itself who are completely unreachable. ( i’ve been on hold for customer service for an entire hour ).
