The driver picked up vehicle at agreed upon time. Carefully loaded onto trailer and gave me paperwork. Even delivered the car a day earlier than expected. AWESOME SERVICE and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Have already done so myself.

Hi, thank you for your input. Could you please elaborate on your actual experience with our company? For example, who you spoke with and what occurred? We haven't had any customers named Chris in the past six months. The second review under your account pertains to a dining business in Atlanta, GA. Recently, we had a competitor's fake review removed by Google, and that 'reviewer' was also from Atlanta, Georgia. While some may find it amusing, it seems your "genuine" review implies that we are 'fast,' 'talkers,' and 'very rude.' Yes, indeed, we are fast, and some of us may be talkative - it's part of the job. However, rudeness is not tolerated within our company. While we may not be 'sweet singing' telemarketers, we are dependable professionals, and this industry can be challenging at times. Nonetheless, we always strive to maintain professionalism. First time dealing with Dellcy auto transport to have an ATV transported. Contracted George, and he had me hooked up within a couple days for a transport which both pick-up and drop-off locations were out of the way it seems most transporters typically travel. Price was also very competitive for requesting an enclosed trailer. George made sure to check up after delivery, and that I was happy and everything looked good. Definitely trust in them again. Price was up front. No hidden fees.

Good communication with Dispatcher and prompt quote. Delivery was delayed due to Winter Storm but when it did show up driver was courteous and my truck was off the trailer quickly. Recommend using this company for vehicle shipments.
