I am a mom who had to put her son in a rehab with a Marchman Act he had to be in a facility for 90 days court ordered as I did my research I came up with this facility "Deland Treatment Solutions" so I called and made sure that they took my sons insurance and if they had a bed available.And Immediately they kept following up to see if my son was ready to enter the facility they were even willing to pick him up,all I have to say about this facility that my son came out of different person the staff and that facility is amazing and the two Cooks they have in this facility is definitely a five-star meal all I can say if you have a loved one and you're afraid to put them in a facility I don't blame you but this by far is very highly recommended by me. When I went to the court all the time to fight the case of the Marchman act I ran into many families there and this is the place and address that I gave them to put their loved ones a few of them fell in there and they are very content of the outcome may God Bless the people that runs this facility and all the staff who works there, I can honestly say that I am so grateful to finally have my son back the way he used to be praise the Lord.
I was court ordered to do 90 days in a residential treatment facility. This was my first time in rehab, so I was a little bit nervous not knowing what to expect. I made a phone call to Deland treatment solutions. They work with mental health and are also a substance abuse rehab. The intake they where very helpful in getting me there, making sure a bed was available, and any miscellaneous things that I needed they made sure to get. A huge plus is your allowed to have your vape or cigarettes. I was greeted by Dani one of the best techs, she works fast and is always very kind and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed. All there techs went above and beyond thank you Alissa, Hailey, Disney, Jillian, Melissa, Diego, Dion, Dani, Dwight, and Kevin. The food was next level amazing Shirly and Mitka served some of the best foods and if there was something you needed made special (vegan, vegetarian, ect) they made sure to comidate. Service with a smile that did not go unnoticed. Thank you Shirley and Mitka you 2 work great together ❤️
There was always a nurse on staff 24/7 who took amazing care of me. Thank you Megan, Lindsay, Lawshandra, Gwen, Caitlyn, and Jocelyn. The therapist where great, group sessions every day and if you felt like you needed 1 on 1 sessions you could request them thank you Courtney, Danielle, Kim, and Stephanie.

The only 2 things i can say that makes it worth 4 star's is "Dr. Jocelyn" aka Boss Joce and the nurse"Megan Roy"
Dr. Jocelyn has the amazing ability to meet every individual on the level that their at tailoring the medications to meet the individuals needs with either mental health or substance abuse issues. Ive seen first hand the amazing work she's done not only in my life but many others as well. As for Megan Roy. Megan has a heart of gold. She's the type of person you can trust no matter the conversation and I for one can tell that she truly has a passion for her job. She brightens people's day by giving them not only the medications to make them feel better but positive affirmation cards as well. The amout of respect i have for these 2 people words can never describe.
The only thing that makes this place 4 stars is Boss-Joce and Megan Roy. They will change your lives and I appreciate them every day. If you’re lucky enough to meet them you’ve been blessed.
My experience at Deland Treatment Solutions was absolutely phenomenal. The staff are absolutely amazing and super comforting. The food is also amazing and they are very accommodating when it comes to special requests. Huge shoutout to Hailey, Alissa, Jillian, Dani, Megan, Lashondra, Lindsay, Kaitlyn, Courtney, and Dainel for everything they do. Truly blessed to experience this amazing place with amazing people.
I had an amazing experience at DTS they helped me get through a really rough time in my life they treated me like I was an actual person. The techs there are really amazing I really liked them all the ones that I appreciate the most are Hailey, Jillian , Dani , Dainel, Alissa, and Dion. Those specific techs knew the pain I was feeling and had been through similar experiences that made it where they could relate and give me tools that I could take back into society. They pushed me to become a better person and move past the hard things in my life that were holding me back. I really like the therapist Cortney he really helped me a lot to he is an amazing therapist and he tries to relate to the clients as much as he can. I would also like to say that the program direct Ines I just simply amazing even though she has a higher up position in the company she will take time out of her busy schedule to speak with you and listen to anything you need to talk to her about even if it is just to rant
Our family is incredibly grateful for Orlando Treatment Solutions. Having a loved one go through recovery can be overwhelming, but the support and communication we received made such a difference. Madison in admissions was kind, patient, and helpful from the very beginning, guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions.
We also want to give a special thank you to the housing director, Shawna, who has been amazing along the way. She truly cares and always took the time to communicate with us and provide updates about our daughter.
Knowing she was in a safe,

After reading the few negative reviews about this facility, I felt obligated to share my own experience and touch on a few important points.
I recently completed a stay at this inpatient treatment facility and overall had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.
The healthcare technicians, including Dion, Darnell, Kevin, and Diego, were extremely professional and consistently treated residents with respect. Hailey, Jill, and Danny all had great personalities and helped create a warm and welcoming environment from day one.
The nursing staff: Megan, Lindsay, Katelyn, and others I may be forgetting , were very knowledgeable and especially helpful during the detox process. They ensured medications were handled properly and consistently checked in to make sure I had everything I needed.
The therapy program itself was excellent. Therapists Rebecca, Kim, and Courtney did a great job creating a supportive environment where you could truly focus on recovery, personal growth, and understanding the underlying issues that brought you there.
The facility was always clean and well maintained, and I also want to give a lot of credit to the kitchen staff. Mitkah and the other lady in the kitchen worked incredibly hard preparing meals every day, and in my experience the food was consistently very good.
I also want to recognize Zach, the owner. He was extremely supportive and clearly cares about the people going through the program. That level of leadership and compassion shows throughout the entire facility.
I think it’s important to remember that recovery is a very personal process and everyone will have their own perspective and experience. One thing that sometimes gets misunderstood is how the length of treatment works. A “30-day program” is often more of a general timeframe. Insurance companies typically approve treatment in smaller increments, often about a week at a time, and the facility has to submit updates to continue care. Because of that, some people may stay a few extra days if insurance approves additional time, if detox takes longer than expected, or if discharge planning requires more time.
There were also times during the day where things slowed down, but in my opinion that’s actually part of the recovery process. Learning to slow down, sit with your thoughts and emotions, and reflect on what needs to change in your life is a big part of why people come to treatment in the first place.
Like any treatment program, everyone will have their own experience. For me personally, I’m grateful for the time I spent there and for the people who helped me during that process. This program helped me get back on track, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking help
DeLand Treatment Solutions, or DTS for short, is a disgrace of a facility and program masquerading as a “premier substance abuse and mental health treatment center.” All of their marketing is lies. My best friend was traumatized due to their lack of emergent care when it was critical, and because of the antagonistic pathology of their program, which appeared to support pro–eating disorder lifestyles and psychologically reinforce them. These statements are alleged.
Not only was the staff negligent, they were inexperienced, directionless, and genuinely harmful to my best friend—and I can only assume to their other clients as well. This is shameful. It appears to be nothing more than a money grab. There are alleged, reportedly corroborated, direct violations of HIPAA.
These statements are alleged. I cannot speak more clearly. This does not resemble a “Treatment Solution.” It is, in fact, a nightmare.

I was a client at DTS over two years ago, and I am still deeply traumatized by my experience.
I feel responsible for incoming clients because the facility failed to properly prepare me or provide adequate care. I had been working with Elle Dupree for 8 years. She was my therapist, life coach, and EMDR specialist and she recommended DTS because she was friends with the owner. My family supported me out of pocket to work with her and losing her guidance was the biggest disappointment of this experience.
During my stay, downtime was essentially the only “treatment” offered. The rigid, forced meal plan prevented clients from preparing their own food, and eating disorder behaviors and weight-loss-focused mindsets were subtly encouraged. I weighed 106 lbs and remained severely sleep-deprived while my medications were not adjusted for the first 30 days — despite my admission being solely for medication monitoring and stabilization. This delay was dangerous for my wellbeing and for other clients.
The facility actively encouraged nicotine use, providing disposable vapes to clients and promoting them as a coping mechanism. I was able to bring marijuana onto the property because my medications were improperly managed, and when I acted on self-harm urges, nothing was done to stabilize me. Night techs did not intervene when I screamed for help.
The staff, including a therapist, were under the age of 25 and were inexperienced. Many clients struggled with severe addiction, ADHD, and BPD, yet the facility attempted to manage over 30 clients with such inexperienced staff. Zack’s groups were misleading, and he refused to allow clients to discuss their own emotions. Therapists Jenna and Marissa were disorganized, often opening groups with, “What do we want to talk about today?” Many sessions were just TED Talks, and there were days with no therapy at all. Confidentiality was nonexistent; my roommate was present during online family sessions, and HIPAA violations occurred regularly.
Outings were unsafe and poorly managed. I was asked to run multiple groups as a recovering addict while staff failed to supervise. My survival mechanisms, including letters and art, were ignored and over 60 stamped and addressed letters I entrusted to the case manager, Cody, were thrown out once I left the program.
I never signed discharge paperwork or received copies of contracts, and when I reached out to Justin to express concerns via a DBT DEAR MAN message, he ghosted me.
DTS presents itself as a treatment program, but it leaves vulnerable clients worse off than when they arrived. The owners Justin and Zach, along with staff Cody, Jenna, and Marissa, demonstrated irresponsible, unethical, and unsafe practices.
I strongly warn anyone seeking mental health or addiction treatment to avoid this facility. My distress from DTS continues to this day, and I would never wish this experience on anyone.
I reached out to them around Christmas but was uninterested in their services as I couldn't afford it.
Since then, Ive been getting 5-7 calls a day from this facility, the individual who calls uses a different name each time when leaving a voicemail, and only identifies as being with, "Solutions". It wasn't until I found the automatic email response that allowed me to see this facilities name.
Do not give them your phone number. This is predatory and blatant harassment. I encourage all who experience this to report this facility.
Almost 2 years later, sober and high on life 😊 They don’t call it the sunshine state for nothing. Zack, Cody, Mrs. Lorraine, the therapist (my Baltimore sister!), the nurse practitioners, nursing staff and of course my fellow “clients”. Just bliss. They make life so easy, the perfect environment to sit back, sober up and reflect on your life. If you are on the fence, just do it. You owe it to yourself, you’re not done yet and life will go on. It took me awhile after but I’m here now and I can honestly say Deland was step one. Love this place, thank you all so much for everything 🙏✌️❤️😁

I am incredibly grateful for the support I received from the Deland treatment center, and from all the staff, techs and nurses who helped me and supported me in my recovery. Their commitment and dedication to helping people in my position was the most excellent I could’ve asked for. The techs, counselors and therapists were kind enough to indulge me and allowed me to work on my projects with supervision to keep myself entertained. Special thanks to Courtney, Kim and Danielle. I would also like to thank the nursing staff who not only helped me while in the treatment center, but gave me guidance for after treatment in getting my medication, especially Megan and Jocelyn. To anybody considering going to a treatment center, Delands the only center I’ve ever been to but hopefully the only one I’ll need. They gave me a second chance. I’d highly recommend going there if you’re in need of help. I’d also highly recommend writing down any Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, PSN, etc passwords you have and getting your accounts squared away before going there. You won’t be seeing your phone unless absolutely necessary for banking reasons. If you like to read, bring books or comics. Bring comfortable clothes for when you’re on detox week 1 and nicer clothes for after you feel better. Everybody there genuinely wants to help you and see you recover.
Very welcoming environment, even with social anxiety I never felt unwelcome. The staff are all amazing shoutout to Hailey, Courtney, Melissa, and Alyssa. As well as the private cooks who will accommodate for any dietary needs. This combined with the environment lead to the most revolutionary 30 days and money I’ve ever spent. If you are in need of residential rehabilitation then from my experience I couldn’t recommend Deland Treatment Solutions more.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. It became clear very early on that they focus their resources on the quality of comfort and care their patients receive, as well the experience their staff provides. They nurture a safe and welcoming environment that quickly becomes a safe space to grow with your fellow housemates. Even the highest of leadership positions takes a hands on and personal approach to providing a safe and nurturing environment, often times seeking out feedback from their patients. This place helped me find the greatest friends I could ask for. The techs there are amazing and help way more than they even have to. I learned so much from them and continue to do so. Hailey, Alyssa, Melissa, and Deon are the absolute best and are always there for whatever you need. I met some lifelong friends there and at that point in time was the best place to be. I am forever grateful for the techs and the therapists there!
