Felt very unstructured and more geared towards people who already have knowledge in real estate. Also was disappointed I was not made aware that after you paid for the coaching, you now have to come up with more funds on top of the coaching to even get a deal. Ended up more in debt and not making profit. He was always there to answer questions though and did try to help.

Because he is a true REI practitioner as his methods are applicable, qualitative, quantifiable and 100% accurate.
