Spouse has been reffered by the VA for years. We came for a follow up visit today, and they are already "late." However, there are palmetto bugs, knats, and what looks like roach feces in every corner of the waiting area. It's absolutely filthy in a place where people have surgeries. Disgusting. Do better.
