Actual procedure was good. Follow-up failed! Required to accept that someone would stay within arms reach when I walked after anaesthesia -- three meters was not arms reach. Visit report they sent to my primary care doctor said I was given instructions verbally and in writing about post-procedure concerns -- no, I wasn't. Called to tell me lab results were back -- a month later, they still have not sent those results to my primary care doctor for entry into chart.
Place is reviewed like this for a reason.
THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE. THEY KNOW THAT THEY'RE LYING AND THEY LIIIIIIE!!!
Do you want to give your business to a place that says a procedure can take 1.5-2 hours and then haven't even started until after 3 hours (and counting,) when they're not even busy? This is your place.
Do you want a place that's rude and condescending and tries to gaslight you about their paperwork and pull some performative revisionism after your committed? This is your place.
And this was for a 7:30 am appt. This wasn't because things were getting backlogged. They just have doctors and/or anaesthetists that come in late for work with no explanation; no professionalism, no accountability.
Placed squarely next to the Dollar General is this office that seems fit for that plaza; bottom of the barrel.
Treated like cattle, then billed more than 3 years later for charges they won't explain, even though I was paid in full at the time of my visit. Repeated attempts to talk to someone are futile; they direct you to their online chat, where no one responds. Avoid if you can.
Dr. Eid is the best GI I have been to see. She explained the test I had and showed me everything, she prescribed what I needed.
I have seen 4 in Jax and a few in South Florida and none of them explained things like she did. Most just want to put you on anti-anxiety meds instead of looking for the real problem. Glad I found her.
