So they say $19 for your first clean So they say $19 for your first clean. What they don't tell you is that they automatically sign you up for a membership that costs $50 per month, you're still charged the cost of the cleaning, plus taxes, AND if you don't want the membership, they charge you $160 for the cleaning. The cleaner did good but NOT $160 good. This is a scam. STAY AWAY! Try another company that doesn't have a user agreement that auto signs you up for a 6 month membership.

BAD EXPERIENCE!! Don’t use them!! I used them only once in Oct 2023, but canceled future cleanings, and yet they have been billing me every month for $53 a month, now for 5 months!! I can’t get them to contact me even though they said it would be within 2 days to expect contact. It has now been 60 more days. I called the bank and they said to resolve it with the vendor. Now I will have to cancel my Apple Card because they will not respond!!! I AM VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET! THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It is a shame since the girl they sent was good, I just found someone local to help me every week!!!

Stolen unauthorized credit card charges and membership Scam. Literally so many things I could list. They aren't transparent about pricing, there is no one to call when things go wrong, hard to cancel, will sign you back up again without authorization!! They were charging me a monthly fee for months and I caught it on my statement and they refused to refund the full amounts, despite my emails showing I never agreed to be signed up. I only received partial reimbursement via my credit card. They refuse to call youbor gwt on the phone to discuss this because they know they are in the wrong and it's easy to hide behind an email. Cleaners are lazy and spend way more time talking and hanging out on their phone, if you can get them to show up at all! So many times someone would confirm and not show up. Another time one of them broke a picture and didn't offer to gwt reimbursement via their company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. YOU CAN FIND BETTER PEOPLE ON YOUR OWN THAT ACTUALLY SHOW UP AND DO A GREAT JOB. THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY SO CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS

STAY AWAY- DONT USE “FREE” VOUCHER. It is a trick to charge you monthly. Horrible company. Do not use. No customer service at all. They offer a free voucher, but once you use it they will charge you $50 a month and you’re tied in for 6 months. I received the worst cleaning of my life and it was supposed to be 6 hours. She only did 3.5, I later found out that they want to charge me $255 for the cleaning if I cancel my membership. I even had to drive the cleaner home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANH.0

Be aware of these scammers. Be aware of these scammers. They will do whatever they need to do to scam you. Their low price advertise is a trap, there are lots of hidden fees you will discover after your first appointment. You cannot even cancel your membership without paying six months of fees which is nowhere mentioned earlier. They would charge you $50 per hour but they would pay $15 to the cleaner.

Horrible and a rip off This company is a total scam and NOT a discount. I ended up paying over $400 and only received 3 cleanings. Cleaners simply didn't show up for most of my booked appointments and 2 of them didn't have their own cleaning supplies. The company did nothing to guarantee that their workers are professional, or would even show up do the job.

Predatory Billing Practices DO NOT USE. The cleaning itself was cheap and poorly done. But what's bad is that they have a double membership. You "cancel the cleaning service" but then they still charge you a membership fee for your "Forever Clean" membership. Complete BS.

DAZZLING THIEVES If there was an option to vote no stars, I would. This is a garbage company that manipulates innocent individuals. They have no phone number or email to contact. Stay away from them, and if anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit against this dazzling cleaning crap, please reach out to me. My email is sum1utrustatgmail.com. They are operating unethically and assume they can make money without providing any service. We have to show them a lesson so they either conduct business ethically or go out of business. We can sue them for the money they stole and possibly go after their business and personal assets. We can also go after Facebook since they are giving thieves a platform to steal others.

Scammers Scammers. First time did they didn’t show up and I ended up having to clean an entire Airbnb with very little notice right before check out when I complained they offered a voucher for future use and canceled my service. I fell into the scam of using that voucher on months later just to find out that they locked me in to the $54 a month membership fee and $180 fee to cancel when they pretended like it was a complementary voucher for the hassle of not having a cleaner show up when it was booked for. This company has no integrity and they will receive their karma inevitably.

Beware I'm 62 yrs and have worked many cleaning positions. This is the most awful company to work for. I wouldn't recommend them to clean your home or work for. The experience was very painful. You had no guidance. Left in the air when needed help and to top it your pay at the end of the week was always In dispute with the hours that you worked

Frustrating service. It’s all automated responses - no actually human works there. I have dealt with several no shows from cleaners even after they confirmed they would be on time the day before. They make it hard to cancel the membership, the site will conveniently “time out”, then they want to charge you what you supposedly “saved” but don’t discount how much time they have wasted. Just find a regular clearer and pay then cash. This doesn’t actually save much. I am noticing a fee of $35 a month then $10 a week too? Where did that come from? Just weird, sketchy service provider all around. The service clearly takes a big chunk of the profit from their contracted cleaners and then overbook cleaners and therefore they are always late or struggling to even show up. The cleaners will say “I’m on my way, 5 minutes.” Then nothing for several hours. They will try to give you $39 towards your next clean, then you rebook and get another no show. They offer $39. But not $39 + $39, just the one time $39. No compounding coupons no matter how many errors they do to you. Not worth the time or energy.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with these folks. I moved into a new house which needed some cleaning (mostly kitchen, floors, windows). I tried to schedule an appointment on July 3rd, had multiple cleaners cancel after accepting the appointment. Finally had someone who was supposed to come out on the 9th. This person no-called, no-showed, until 3 hours after the appointment was supposed to begin that they were unable to come. Tried to have someone else come, had to wait another week. At this point, we did most of the cleaning ourselves. A person finally came, who did a pretty mediocre job. Stupidly joined the ForeverClean membership, so tried again, and AGAIN had someone accept, then no-call, no-show, until 4 hours afterward. Awful, awful customer service both times. I've reached out numerous times to get clearly templated email responses that do NOTHING to actually resolve the issue. Oh, and then got hit with a nearly $300 early termination fee.

Be aware of their marketing scams where they offer $19 cleaning service and automatically enroll you in some forever clean membership which you cannot cancel unless you pay a $150 - $200 early termination fee. No customer service offered and you get charged every month for service you're not even using.

This is my third time using Dazzle. Kierriea did an amazing job! Everything "dazzled" as she said she said she was there to do :). She must have had time to do some extras such as cleaning the fronts of the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, what a nice surprise. And I super appreciated her positive vibes. Thank you!!

First of all, the cleaner did a bad job of cleaning and when we wanted to discontinue the service the customer service team's response was really bad. I went 1 day past the auto-scheduled payment date when I wanted to discontinue the service. I did not use the service at all after the payment date and I was still charged for the entire month. They should have some flexibility for good customer experience but I guess they are all about making money by luring you to use their membership.

Dazzle Cleaning Company is fantastic!! From the start, they communicate professionally and completely (thanks for the early email reminder each month and the follow up text reminders, including eta!). People who have come to clean our house have always been very respectful and leave our house sparkling clean. Eli has been coming consistently the last several times and is a pleasure to work with. He’s professional, trustworthy, thorough, and always very friendly and kind to us. Thanks for everything you do to help keep our home clean, Dazzle, Eli, and others! :)
