Great staff, great stuff! I was looking for a now very rare overdrive/booster pedal, the Majik Box Rocket Fuel. It doesn't seem to be sold in Germany (my location) or other countries around the world, at least online, and Majik Box as a company has apparently gone out of business. I couldn't find any used ones either. Then I found Davis Guitar Centre, and my wish came true. The people here were friendly, helpful and answered my questions very quickly despite the big time difference. The shipment itself reached me within just three days. I can only say good things about Davis' Guitar Centre. If I lived in Singapore, I would be a regular customer!

I was attended to by a male staff who I felt was unfriendly and needlessly sarcastic even though I told him that I just started learning the bass guitar and that I needed help picking out a bass guitar because I was not too familiar with it. Had a couple of questions regarding the guitar because I was unsure; he answered the questions (two stars for that! woohoo) but his tone and sarcasm made me feel unwelcome. Anyway, I ended up buying a bass guitar from another shop in the vicinity afterwards.

Ram was very helpful with our guitar purchase. He patiently answered many questions and gave his honest opinions on the various guitars we were comparing. There was an issue with the guitar hard case that was promptly rectified with a replacement. Great customer service and recovery. Highly recommended.

I wanted to share my recent experience with my purchase of an LTD EC-256 guitar from your store. While I don't typically write reviews, I believe this feedback is essential. I was recommended the LTD EC-256 over the PRS SE Custom 24 by your team due to concerns about the latter's tremolo system. I appreciated the initial sales service, which was quite satisfactory, and I decided to make the purchase. However, a few weeks later, I began to encounter issues with the guitar. There was an irritating buzz on the strings, prompting me to return for service. To my surprise, I was told that I needed to replace the strings as they were considered old, even though I had purchased the guitar just three months prior. During the service visit, I also had to address loose plugs and a tuning peg issue. While these problems were resolved, there was still a slight buzzing after the string change. When I attempted to point this out, the technician appeared irritated and made an unprofessional comment about attending to a celebrity. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the frets on the guitar were not level, and it became apparent that the guitar was older than I had been led to believe. I have attached pictures for reference. In summary, my experience with my LTD EC-256 purchase from Davis Guitar has been mixed. I appreciate the initial sales service and the resolution of some of the issues. However, I am disappointed with the guitar's age and condition and the lack of transparency regarding the need for frequent string changes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially the lady called Janet. Had no issue with trying the guitars and was very patient with getting me different guitars to try. They have a lot of variety and the price seems good also. Not bad for a first visit, will definitely come back again for any guitar related purchases.
