They decided to help me understand my issue and how to fix it. Neither of the extraordinary people I talked to brought finance up once. I had multiple felonies, and misdemeanors and walked away Felony free and minimal misdemeanors, and several counties I walked clear of any charges. He's well known and respected throughout the judicial system. Let me just say how THANKFUL I am for Mr.Rhodes. I’m not from the area but needed an attorney and found him . Called his office and after his secretary had him call me and in less than 10 min he contacted me and headed straight to the jailhouse to speak with my husband .Super quick! The very next day my husband was released. Mr.Rhodes is very nice, caring, and explains everything perfectly. His security was also very kind . Honestly I couldn’t have chosen anyone better . I needed someone to help me asap and he was there for my husband and I . Very thankful for him ! I highly recommend him as an attorney !

THIS IS THE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TO CONTACT!! I was in such a bind with a couple of tickets in Giles County, Va and live states away. Leane, his assistant, put me at ease with her knowledge and explanation of the issues at hand. She told me Mr Rhodes would call me back, and of the numerous attorneys who I was promised a call back from, Mr Rhodes is the only attorney that did call me back. He gave me step by step plan of how to handle my problem and without asking for any money, told me that I did not need an attorney to handle it. 10 STARS!!!

Dave has done an excellent job for me. He has very good PR skills. I feel that every aspect of my case was presented to me. update - dismissed! update #2 I tried to obtain Mr. Rhodes for another case, and was denied. I paid him 90% the day I hired him for the first case and the other 10% before court. There was no issues there, but when I needed two weeks I was denied! I think his canon of ethics may be more suited for corporate law where the money is priority, not the private sector. Davis, Davis, and Davis prevails here for me.

Doesn't live up to what he says he can do. I had a very difficult case and he should have been upfront. He should have let me know it was out of his league and suggested I find a more suitable attorney. He may good at small stuff but do not let him represent you for more difficult challenges.
