I have been coming to this office for 20 YEARS, and the new doctor is an absolute disgrace. Instead of treating me with the respect I’ve earned as a loyal patient, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like my concerns weren’t worth his time. To make matters worse, he tried to sell me a ROOT CANAL on a perfectly healthy tooth — a tooth that only needed his attention, which he couldn’t even bother to give. That’s not just laziness, that’s pure greed.
This doctor is clearly more interested in padding his pockets than helping patients. It is disgusting to see a place I trusted for decades turn into a money-grabbing, unethical mess. I walked out feeling insulted, unheard, and taken advantage of.
If you value your health, your money, and your dignity, STAY AWAY from this place. Loyalty means nothing here, honesty means nothing here, and patients clearly mean nothing here. After 20 years, I’m done — and I hope others don’t get scammed the way .

The service and dentist are nice, they did a good job on my bridge , but when it comes to my crown it was a disaster. My gum was swollen and infected the second day after they put the crown. Pain lasted almost 2 months. So they decided to extract the tooth. The doctor said give me a credit but be careful with Desiree, you make sure you check your insurance, she will charge it again & again. I suppose to have a credit for my crown but then she said the crown and extraction is the same price. I keep calling her but she always said she will talk to the doctor but I still haven't heard from her. So I called blue cross and told them the problem. Crown did not work so she should have send a corrected claim and reverse payment from my insurance and from me. This kind of situation is scary. SO AGAIN, CHECK YOUR INSURANCE for all the charges that this office send to them
Had a thorough cleaning as always! And love Dr. Cho, always checking in on me and sharing some positive lifestyle choices that I need to implement for better wellness! Thank you everyone !

I have been coming here since 2018. I’ve had deep cleaning, wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Kang. I’ve also had braces treatment as an adult and I recently got them removed. My husband and daughter have also had work completed with Dr Choi the other dentist and he’s just as great! The hygienists pay attention to detail when doing cleanings. The entire staff is helpful and lovely. I super recommend this dentist for keeping all of our teeth free from cavities and giving us all the dental care over the years.

Convinient location. Josephine is a very good hygienist very gentle and explain the procedure well. Receptionist is accomodating but if there is one thing I can have a feedback for improvement is having patience in explaining the co-pays much better and having the opportunity to answer all my questions. Deserie the one that go over quote should be more patience in explaining things and ensuring that I understood the quotes. She needs to do some customer training, I felt she is irritated and does not want me to ask anymore questions. I can feel the tense and see in her body language. Hopefully the owner would talk to her and give her some advice on how to better communicate to clients. Thank you.

I went in a couple months back with my daughter, terrible experience. Insofar as some of the front desk staff were concerned anyway. I was yelled at by the woman in charge of billing for asking a simple question about the procedure my child had done, because I was of course, concerned. It was highly unprofessional not to mention unhinged. I expect to at least be treated with basic courtesy as a customer. Especially one who had just payed them a couple thousand dollars without posing any kind of issue on my part. I will never be returning to this dental clinic again, I will be taking my child elsewhere. I don’t recommend this clinic unless you are just itching to be snapped at by someone for the low, low price of several thousand dollars. I wish I could give this place zero stars, they really need to get themselves together with regards to some of their front office staff.

The staff is so kind and caring. The Dentist Dr Cho and his assistant was excellent. They made me so comfortable and walked me through step by step of the procedure. Technology made it more doable. I definitely recommend this office for any dental procedure. I could not have been happier. I prayed for the Lord to go before me and He did just that. I'd in the past will be full of fear and anxiety but God held my hand, calmed me with His peace as He said He would in John 14:27. God provided the sweetest and professional Dentist I know. I will most definitely return for future procedures if need which He said I will need. . But the entire staff from receptionist to the assistant to the Dentist was really nice and helpful. Thank you again Dr. Cho and staff! Happy Thanksgiving!! Glory to God!!!!
