Terrible company. Dirty bathrooms, rude manager some old guy, they are also being sued for giving test results to an unauthorized person. Stay far away.

Hello Valerie. First and foremost we apologize for your negative experience. We were not however, able to find anyone under your name who has visited our office recently. Could you call our corporate office at 902-234-1136 and give us the details of your visit so we could track down the root cause of the issue?
If I had to send anyone here for testing, it would be here. The ladies Marty & Stacey are unbelievably amazing! The customer service is 100%. They don't butcher your hair. It's prompt, swift, & you can't hope for a better experience as a client. They also do DNA! I didn't know that but please don't send your employees or cases to any where else. It's worth the drive.

This place is what you call the middle man, they take your urine sample then send it off to Florida then have it tested and then when you show proof from a Dr of what is in your system this middle man will not even look or take it to give to the testing center in Florida so it’s not a positive result. Florida called me today and said if the”middle man” would’ve taken my letter then they wouldn’t have had to report to my potential employer that it is a positive drug screen there for I am at risk for judgment. Jerks!!
VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE FACT I WAS HUMILIATED DURING A DRUG TEST AND NOT AT ALL HAPPY ABOUT THIS INCIDENT 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬PITIFUL HOW PEOPLE ACT NOW DAYS!!!! IT WASNT YOU HUMILIATED...SO SAY WHAT YOU WANT!!!!

Unfortunately, the guidelines under which we are required preform an observed collection are mandated by state and federal law and as such, completely out of our control.
When the situation dictates that we must perform an observed collection, we strive toward the upmost professionalism as we understand that it isn’t the most comfortable situation for any of the parties involved. We only preform observed collections with a collector of the same biological gender as the donor and we explain the observation procedure before the collection takes place.

I went here to do a drug test for a job I had gotten back in February and now I'm being told that there's no record of my drug test at either the Tyler or Longview locations. How can you not document someone's drug test for a job?
