The worst experience i ever had while purchasing Jewellery, first they told me it takes 2 days to resize the bracelet and they took 4 days and i had to pay extra charge for getting the diamond certificate. Then once i receive the bracelet i notice the lock is loose and they forget to bring the extra pieces, when inasked them to fix it it took 4 extra days to get it done and when recieved they brought me extra pieces that belong to a diffrent bracelet (a pink one) and the same problem with the lock occurs. And when i told them i want refund and they can come collect the item they kept delaying. Hamdulla i finally got my money back . I dont recommend anyone to buy from them
