Cheryl~ What a disappointment that you would leave this type of review. In all of the conversations we had and times that you were in the office during the transaction you never expressed your disappointment in my service to me so that we could make an adjustment. We listed the property and closed with 27 days. When listed you shared that you were going to live with your daughter and not in a rush. Within a week you found a property and wanted to close as soon as possible at which time we reduced the price to be more aggressive in finding a buyer. With the exception of one day I took all calls no matter the day or time and made myself available for multiple visits to the office to review paperwork throughout the transaction at your convenience . The photography and social media post as well as Ad's were all used to drive traffic to your unit. There was one hiccup with the property not showing on our rental website which it was added to. Your unit was sold for $35k more than the last unit to sell in the building which was just one floor down in May. I am sorry that you do not feel I did my job. I am happy to discuss at your convenience of course.

Paul as stated multiple times the unit at 245-247 E Leaming unit E is for rent on a seasonal basis only. This is the decision of the homeowner. It is currently available for rent on a weekly basis not year round. All units were year round leases the homeowner has decided not to renew and to rent on a weekly basis for the season. That is the decision do the property owner. Should you like to discuss he is there frequently and happy to have a conversation with you to explain why renting into seasonally what works best for him.
