It is a lovely and smaller airport, easy to go by. Lots of restaurants and places to shop for travel. I bought myself a travel pillow. As always I advice to take time for security, as it does take a bit of time. It was a bit slow today.

The walk to Uber/Lyft area is over 10 minutes, poorly marked, consists of 4 or 5 moving sidewalks (2 of which were broken) and one elevator. Makes what use to be a convenient place to travel to and from and miserable experience.

Love field was just fine till the moved the ride share. You land on one side of the airport, have to walk to the other side to get baggage and have to go walk all the way to the other side down stairs then to half to walk more to get to a Uber/lyft. DFW is becoming more the airport to go too.

The airport is hugh. I hate that I had to walk a mile to get to the area where I could call an Uber.

Is the easiest airport (in Dallas) to get in and out of.

I did like the variety of restaurants and shops and places ti plug up your devices but the dirtiness of the airport I rarely saw anyone keeping up with the maintenence considering a lot of people go through that hub..The bathrooms were filthy and I didn't see an attendant one time while I was stuck there with a layover of 7 hours

Horrible process for app driver pickup 😕 Who wants to end their trip dragging luggage and going on and on just to get a ride home. It ruins the trip.

Flew in to visit family. Lobr Field service and facilities met our expectations.

I am giving a 5 star review EXCLUSIVELY because of Eric Ramos. I had a horrible experience trying to get on my flight. I arrived on time to the baggage check and was helped by Eric Ramos. None of my forms of payment were able to be accepted, and he had to get on the phone with his Delta superiors to try and get this issue resolved. Apparently, because of the recent cyberattack, all of Delta's systems have been acting up, and long story short I was set back almost an hour. Eric called up the people at the gate and told them to wait up for me so I could make it on time through TSA. Unfortunately I was late by exactly one minute, and was turned away at the gate, told I could not board, and told to contact customer support. I spent an hour and a half contacting customer support and frantically trying to reschedule my flight. Eventually I came back to the bag check where Eric proceeded to help me get my flight rescheduled and locate my luggage. If any of the higher ups at Dallas-Love Field or Delta are reading this, promote Eric Ramos and pay him more money.

Extremely long walk to catch Uber or Lyft ride.

Flying Southwest? Check in with the sky skycap curbside! They were awesome, accommodating, and fast. Inside check-in was really long. 2 hrs early and still probably would've missed the flight if we didn't check in outside.

I like flying southwest but now that I have to walk like a mile to get to the ride share pickup - I have switched to using DFW because of the airport inconvenience.
