When it came time to make and finalize our offer, they took care to keep communication consistent and open with our lender, brought a decisive and informed point of view to stay competitive within our means, and brought along a roster of competent and caring vendors to help us with a thorough inspection, as well as minor repairs, insurance brokering, and everything else I hadn’t thought of. They answered my all amateur questions in a language I could understand and without an ounce of judgment or insincerity. I was taken care of every step of the way, so long as that’s what I wanted.
