Initially I thought this place was a good option when my local Harley dealer closed. I had them install front and rear motor mounts on my 2005 Dyna Low Rider on April 25, 2025. 6-1/2 months later, November 11th, 2025, I’m wiping down the bike and see that the top bolt on the front motor mount is loose. I get a socket to tighten it and the threads inside the mount are totally stripped. Either the mount was defective or it was over torqued at install. I call D&C and they said they’d check with the manufacturer and see if they’d send a new one. Three days later, no one has called me back, I’d already left a message for them to call me and let me know what’s going on. So I get an answer on the third day, and he says manufacturer won’t cover it. But I can order another one and put it in. I said, at my cost or yours He says, you’ll have to pay for it. A motor mount is not a yearly maintenance item, let alone 6 months. About 600 miles in the bike since April. He could have offered to wave the labor on a new one and I would have went for it. But didn’t happen. Not a great experience.
Got stuck really close to this shop in Eureka. Even though I was not on a Harley, these guys stopped what they were doing, came out and helped get me back on the road. Great guys. Great shop! Thank you so much!
Best place you could go. Done right the first time. The service is amazing. Lots of cool bikes to look at inside. Looking for a bike guy who knows his stuff... look no further Ryan's the man!!
Ryan Dubbs is a great guy, honest and upfront. He will help you out if need your Harley fixed or looking for harley parts.
I trust him with my bike and I don't trust anyone. Great guy with a great shop. Check him out.
