I scheduled a Medium length haircut with Dennis. My hair was fried by a highlight done somewhere else. I was trying to get the split ends and frizzy hair out. Dennis repeatedly said he has a split end treatment for $65. He didn't know if he had time at this appointment or not. The haircut was $80 already and I believe it included a blow-dry with it. The split end treatment was come in the treatment solution and blow-dry it in layers. I brought enough cash for my haircut but I did not plan on the extra $65.
I checked out, in Dennis system the split end hair treatment was set at only $35 - So he up-charged me almost double. Then never said if you use a credit card they are going to charge me the processing fee to use the credit card... Not very happy. I gave him a %20 tip as I liked my haircut but all the extra it not very pleasant. I wish I would have just used all my cash to pay the bill and not such a high tip... He made out well.
