I scheduled a Medium length haircut with Dennis. My hair was fried by a highlight done somewhere else. I was trying to get the split ends and frizzy hair out. Dennis repeatedly said he has a split end treatment for $65. He didn't know if he had time at this appointment or not. The haircut was $80 already and I believe it included a blow-dry with it. The split end treatment was come in the treatment solution and blow-dry it in layers. I brought enough cash for my haircut but I did not plan on the extra $65. I checked out, in Dennis system the split end hair treatment was set at only $35 - So he up-charged me almost double. Then never said if you use a credit card they are going to charge me the processing fee to use the credit card... Not very happy. I gave him a %20 tip as I liked my haircut but all the extra it not very pleasant. I wish I would have just used all my cash to pay the bill and not such a high tip... He made out well.

I had such an amazing experience at here! The space itself is gorgeous—it's located in a historic home, which gives it such a homey and comfortable atmosphere. It was also incredibly clean and had a lively, positive vibe. My stylists Ryan and Ame, were fantastic. The consultation was thorough, and I felt truly listened to and heard about my hair goals. As someone with fine hair, I was looking for volume and length, and they completely delivered. The custom color hair extensions are perfect. They are seamless, look completely natural, and have given my hair the beautiful volume I wanted. I left feeling confident and so happy with the result! Highly recommend this salon!

This salon was super cozy and cute on the inside. I met Bre, who took care of my consultation and shampoo. She was caring and sweet. Dennis did my cut and he was so thorough that I got exactly what I wanted. He also made sure to really comb through and check for all heavy spots and long pieces. Already booked again!

Worse haircut ever..random cuts all over very choppy even told her she was cutting to much off.. they were to busy with hair extensions $$$$ client . had different people working on my hair throughout my appointment. And they were not on the same page.

I had such a great experience at this salon! Ame was polite, respectful, and such a fabulous teacher. She not only did an amazing job with my extensions, but also took the time to explain how to care for them and style them properly. The hair itself is high quality, and the color match and blend turned out absolutely flawless—it looks so natural! I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Ame and this salon if you’re looking for beautiful extensions and top-notch service!

I rarely leave reviews, but this haircut was so disappointing I feel the need to share This is hands down the worst haircut I have ever had. I walked in with clear instructions that I did not want to lose the length. She kept try to get even at one point I said " you are cutting too much off" her only response was "oh yeah I guess so"!!!!! The cut is completely uneven, hacked up in random places, and looks NOTHING like what I asked for. I booked my appointment with my regular stylist weeks in advance. It honestly feels like they were more focused on the other customer getting a highly expensive extensions consult then me. They kept changing stylist doing my hair who were not on the same page. For the money ($300+)they charge, this is unacceptable. If you value your hair and your sanity, go somewhere else. I literally cried all the way home.

I didn't want to leave this review, but after seeing a few others who recently had the same experience as me, I think it should be said. I bought the groupon for the cut, balayage, and treatment. What I received was a head full of highlights and the choppiest cut I've ever had. I never wanted a full head of highlights - I wanted balayage specifically and provided plenty of photos. What I received wasn't even close. I wanted to keep my hair layered and angled, and as you can see in the photo - I don't even understand? I could tell by the end of my appointment they were extremely busy so I didn't say anything - after all, what were they going to do; you can't give me my old hair back, I'm stuck with highlights I didn't want and a haircut that looks like it was done by a 1st grader with plastic scissors. I spent close to $400 between the groupon, additional fees, recommended purple shampoo & tip. Not worth it. Wont be back.

I’d give zero stars if I could, I went in asking for a balayage, mind you I have had them done before, what they gave me was HIGHLIGHTS!!! Mind you I had the images sitting right there on the counter for them of what I wanted the whole time!!! On top of that I asked for a small trim, the man who is supposedly the owner gave me the choppiest cut of my life, and who the hell cuts hair when it’s completely dry!??? Absolutely terrible service, never again!!!! Don’t waste you money! Even when I told them this isn’t what I wanted, there response was “I’m sorry to hear that”. Are you kidding me? If I could get my money back which I doubt I won’t, I’d want it all back.

I have wanted hair extensions for a very long time. I finally made the decision to schedule and get them done, and it was the best decision! Ame installed these beautiful extensions and ensured that I understood how to care for them at home and to come back in 8-10 weeks. She did such a wonderful job that I cried happy tears once she finished. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend going here for any hair care services. BOUGHT A GROUPON FOR A CUT, TREATMENT, AND EITHER FULL HIGHLIGHTS OR BALAYAGE , WENT FOR MY CONSULT WITH THREE DIFFERENT BALAYAGE PICTURES i LIKED, AND I WAS TOLD THEY WERE ALL GREAT AND THATS WHAT WE WILL DO. WENT TO MY APPOINTMENT EXCITED FOR THE OUTCOME (,I HAD A BALAYAGE DONE A FEW YEARS AGO SO I KNOW WHAT THE PROCESS ENTAILS,). HALWAY THROUGH FOIL AFTER FOIL AFTER FOIL, I STATED I HAD IT DONE IN THE PAST AND IT WAS TEASED TO GET THE RESULTS, SHE SAID "OH WE DONT DO THAT, THIS IS A DIFFERENT TECHNIQUE" LONG STORY SHORT I CAME OUT WITH A WHOLE HEAD OF BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS SAME COLOR FROM ROOT TO TIP. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FACT THAT I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING THE BALYAGE AND ENDED UP WITH THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. For the last 10 years I have been getting hair extensions. My hair is very thin and the truth is is that if I do not have hair extensions I feel like a plucked chicken. I am 44 years old and I will say that I have struggled with the hair extension sometimes because either they do not sew them in properly or tape ins are very bulky and I am not able to put my hair up because you can really tell I have them on. Every stylist is different but I had never found someone that can do my hair extensions perfect, painless and placed perfectly and sturdy. Not only that the quality of the hair as well. The product for after care are amazing. I have finally found the only Salon and Stylist I will ever use again. My experience was beyond perfect. My extensions look Amazing I feel like a totally different woman. I feel so happy I could keep on writing about my experience. Thank you Ame and Thank you Aubrey 💗for your expertise and Amazing experience with my hair extensions.

D’Ametri's Hair Salon is wonderful! I have been here twice and each time I left very happy. The first time I had my hair done half black and half natural red color and it turned out beautifully! The quality of my hair is important to me because my hair is really fine to begin with. They were able to maintain the quality of my hair while also giving me the style and color I wanted. They are also very affordable which rocks. 10/10 would recommend :)
