This shop does excellent work at very fair prices, and I can tell that they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Came in because my 2012 Acura TL was leaking from the oil pump as well as being due for timing belt replacement. I was quoted a very reasonable price and got it done relatively quickly considering the scope of the work. In terms of the work itself, I can tell that the techs treated my vehicle as if it were their own. They made an obvious effort go above and beyond, and it is evident in the final product. I am super happy with how the car runs; the valves are less clicky, no oil smell or leaks on the ground anymore, and I have peace of mind knowing that my timing belt is all up to date. Ben, Cliff, and Andy were great to talk to as well, they clearly have passion for the work that they do. I will certainly be back!
Brought in my 2001 AP1 to due to an engine knock. Ben diagnosed it as a spun bearing and recommended a rebuild. The repairs were thorough and the cost was reasonable. If you need major work on a Honda, Ben and his team are some of the best. I can't recommend them enough.
Ben is incredible. My clutch started slipping during a long drive and I had to stop in the area. Ben got me fixed up, WITH an oil change, cabin filter change, and spark plug change for half what I was quoted up the street. Kind and courteous in every regardā¤ļø
Ben is a very friendly guy but I think he definitely pulled a quick one with my car. False promises and unauthorized work over almost 1 year laterā¦promised work was never done. He did say the guy who could work on the make left his shop. But my classic with 30k miles was left cooking in the sun and rain down onto the car. I did ask for simple PDR, but he took upon himself to get body work done with paint into areas where I didnāt even ask. Long story short, I was charged for all the unauthorized work. Then my NSX was also worked on with improper clutch bleeding. Needed it towed in the middle of no where. Iām sure Iām the exception since everyone loves him and this shop.

After 31 years of doing what I do, Iām gonna respond to this review ,first If you had a problem with either Car, you couldāve reached out to Cliff and I directly and we wouldāve helped you. I would never let an Nsx leave with a clutch not bleed properly if that car left you stranded, I wouldāve come and got it or I wouldāve paid the tow bill
This was during the time that Cliff and I had both gotten injured at work
As far as your other car, our Toyota guy did leave. He had some personal issues and we did our best to get the car straight and did some extra work like we always do 99% of the time to make it right ,on the rare occasion a car has to sit outside Because weāre small Shop and it gets rained on. Itās not gonna melt. Itās not gonna hurt it. I am sorry if you felt that we wronged you in anyway, and it wouldāve been a simple phone call to remedy any of this, but to mention the other Shop in Mount Airy The person that used to work for me just to hurt us with this review and not just pick up the phone is rather unprofessional after a year. I think itād be very nice if you just pick up the phone and call us and we can settle this now. If you feel you were wrongly charged weāll take care of it, but to say some of the things that youāve said just to hurt us is beyond wrong
And the other Shop you mentioned they worked for me. I helped them get started. I still continue to help them. Theyāre good people. If I couldnāt work on my own car I would go there, but you donāt have to slam us to help them pick up the phone, give me give us a call and weāll make it right. Your view doesnāt just hurt me. It hurts other people here that donāt deserve it if you have a beef with me pick up the phone be professional.

Took my van here due to a strong fuel smell. They said they fixed itābut after the repair, I left with a fuel leak that wasnāt there before. Even worse, when I brought it back, they kept my van for a full week and didnāt touch it. No updates, no callsāI had to chase them down just to be told nothing was done. Completely unprofessional. I left with more problems than I came in with. Wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or safety.
Professional, courteous, and above all, transparent. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for my car. They ensure that you receive top-notch service. Whenever my 17 LEXUS RCF requires maintenance, I always bring it here and nowhere else because I have confidence that they won't deceive me like other establishments. Their pricing is reasonable, and their work is of exceptional quality.
At this point, I consider Ben to be a member of my family. Since I've started bringing him my vehicles, I've never even had a thought about going anywhere else. He services all four of our vehicles (2018 Chevy, 2007 Honda, 2006 Acura, 2014 Mazda) and has them all feeling like they're brand new. Him and his team have been able to figure out any issue I've ever had. I've never met someone that has a greater passion for what they do. He actually cares.

I brought my 05 Honda S2000 here to get a full brake overhaul done and ended up getting my 100k mile maintenance done as well. Ben is amazing at what he does and gives his true opinion on what he thinks you should get done or not. The shop is full of NSX's and s2000s and you're in for a treat if you're a car enthusiast. I had several options that I could've brought my car to and I'm so happy I brought it here. I left here feeling 1000% confident that Ben would do an amazing job. My s2000 runs amazing and as good as it did (if not better) than when I first bought it.
Iāve also since brought my daily RX350 in for a full transmission replacement and Ben knocked it out of the park again. From sourcing the transmission from the west coast to finding a reasonable priced used one. The car runs amazing.
This shop has been my go to for all of my cars including my extended family as well.
Brought my '06 S2000 in for a valve adjustment. Service was above and beyond and at a reasonable price. Will not hesitate to bring my vehicles in for future services!
