Ordered a large chocolate ice cream cone and the ice cream was so soft that it was falling down over the cone. I told the employee that I didn't want it because it was too soft and she said, "well that's the best that I can do". No the best that you can do is not serve ice cream when it is like that.
Not sure what happened but this store sure has changed recently. This Dairy Queen store has a new look, the food tastes better, the employees are friendly, and the atmosphere has new and better feel!
The women that eas working, was great! Friendly and very knowledgeable about menu. One lady was Christina and I dont know the others names but she was very much expecting a baby. Lucky to have them there

Went to get a sundae. Drive thru took forever. Owners using a weird back door and going through junk in vehicle and not caring about customers. Not app friendly. Never going there ever again.

By far the worst Dairy Queen, I’ve been to in my life. I am almost 40. This is the slowest Dairy Queen you’ll ever go to. I try to get my dog a pup cup, and the summer 10 minutes go by not one car pulls up. That was before the The time I was told about about when my wife and daughter went and we’re told they were out of ice cream or the ice cream machine was down. It’s an ice cream store out of ice cream. I will drive the miles to the Southport Road one for now on my poor little black dog about got overheated. He was just a pug trying to get his fix.

I am always happy with the food I get here, especially the chicken strip baskets. I have yet to find a sit-down restaurant that makes chicken strips this good. Of course the ice cream is also always good. The staff is always friendly, too. My only complaint is the location (that's my atmosphere rating) and how difficult it is to get in and out but it's worth it for a good quick meal.

This place is freaking awful. We came for ice cream, we usually go to a different one but was by this one so we stopped in. We stood there for a min and as we were ordering I looked behind the counter to the kitchen area and saw a guy standing there making stuff WITH NO SHIRT ON!!!!!! That alone is disgusting and isn’t appropriate in a fast food/ice cream shop. The guy at the counter was just miserable. He had an attitude and you could tell he hates his job. We got my daughter a small choc & I could tell when they sat it on the counter that it was extra “soft”. I got a blizzard and he just sat it on the table. At our DQ & almost all I’ve been to, they always flip it over to show it’s a good blizzard. He didn’t and that’s probably because he knew if he did, it would all fall out. It was very soft too, not like a usual blizzard and the cookie dough pieces were kind of hard. We went to the bathroom and the toilets were filthy, we washed our hands and the sink sprayed in every direction & there was no paper towels so we had to dry them on my clothes 🤦🏻♀️ this place definitely needs looked into, ran better or shut down. All the people there are miserable & on top of the half naked guy prepping food in the back (I tried to take a picture but my fiancé wouldn’t let me 😅) , the girl working had very very long hair only tied in a long pony tail so I can imagine it was going everywhere or it surely looked like it was.. Absolutely Terrible experience and would recommend going anywhere else!!

Not one employee is wearing gloves . The one tall skinny black guy was scratching at his ear by his hairline and picking inside his ear with his finger then putting his fingers inside Not Just 1 but 2 large Blizzards . I asked the girl to remake the first one and ask him to use a different cup on the second . My Banana split was like milk not ice cream. Then when one blizzard was sat on the counter It was a shake . I said something to the young lady her reply was all I could take We don't turn the blizzard over anymore. When the truth was there the ice cream machine went down and her white pants were proof she had wiping her hands on the pants chocolate ice cream all smeared on them.
The Board of Health needs to go in without a warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️ with my autoimmune health issues. I can't risk other people's Germs in my ice cream

They have me waiting for 15 minutes on the Drive thru when tha lady ask me what i wanted I told her my order she make me repeat it. 3 times she still ask me on the 4 time I just told her never mind I left to Burger King. I call the Restaurant to talk to a manager to make my complaint it took me straight to voicemail. I will never go to this Dairy Queen. I will Drive to the one on Whiteland they have the Best Customer Service and they are fast on your order.
