Best food and staff ever! Super crispy chicken, best ever buttery bread and when you go you have to make sure and order 6-7 extra slices. Their ranch is creamy yumminess. If I could only go to one restaurant for the rest of my life I would pick this specific Dairy Queen. -Claire, Mary, Sophia
I am a 100 year old granny who was trying to eat an ice cream before I died. this was my last wish: to eat a peanut butter buster parfait at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. My back was aching on the uncomfortable concrete outside of the DQ. Please let this grandma in đđ. I want my milkshake. its getting really cold, ive been standing here for three hiurs. My frail bones do mot weigh enough to activate the drive through, and my (now ex)-husband drove off in our car, ruining our relationship. DQ ended my marriage đĄđĄ. Back in my day, the DQ would give me my milkshake with no problems. Kids these days am i right??? My dying wish is for none of you to ever eat at Dairy Queen again.
Oh my gosh gurlies. I cannot believe what this girly did to me when I tried to chomp on some ice cream. She stared me right in the eyes, and I cannot believe what she did. I thought that we made a connection but then she shook her head no. Girlies, nobody says no to me ok? I am girly pop. I am slay queen. Nobody says no to me, the slay queen pop.
This dairy queen lies about their closing times. We attempted to go into their lobby at 9:18pm to get some celebratory for our celebratory performance. We had people all the way from Elkhart, Indiana to see our amazing performance. But they were devasted to learn that even though there were staff members inside, they wouldnât let us in. We stood outside for 5 minutes while they stared at us for an uncomfortable amount of time, like zoo animals. We even tried to go through the drive thru, but got ignored.The audacity behind these workers actions still disgusts me. We were forced to go to another ice cream store very far away, and weâre still outraged by this Dairy Queen. The Dairy Queen Slogan, âHappy Tastes Goodâ is completely wrong because we couldnât even taste the happiness so we felt really sad. We were freezing outside, while they stared at us like we were idiots. Do NOT go here under any circumstances. Thanks for ruining our day.

They failed to actually give the items ordered not once but 2 separate times between myself and my friend. He asked for a mint oreo blizzard and was handed a vanilla blizzard with a rather snooty remark made when he attempted to get it fixed.

Said they were closed when I stopped by at 9:50 and everything I read on website said closed at 10:00.

This used to be my favorite location as my brother is buried in the cemetery across the street. It was the perfect place to stop in for ice cream with my kids and go "hang out" with their Uncle Zach. That being said, I will never come back. I stopped in (via drive thru) before July 4th to redeem a free medium blizzard. As instructed by the app, I held up my phone out for the cashier to scan/redeem my rewards. She declined and said "We don't do that. You'd have to place a mobile order in order to redeem". My response is "How would I know that?" as the app prompts one differently. I called DQ International and despite corporate offering different features to individual stores, each store can operate how they see fit.
I did reach out to the location manager as well and he is unwilling to change. That's his right.
For that reason, I will never return. For the record, the DQ on Tournament Trail in Westfield will scan the rewards through the drive thru. I will exclusively go there from now on đ€
