Love this place. They always take great care of care of our family.

Asked for a cheeseburger w ketchup kids meal, got a hamburger with ketchup…..Took it up to ask for cheese, they came back with a cheeseburger with pickles mustard and ketchup. I take it back up to tell them and the manager searches my meal to tell me I didn’t get a cheeseburger….I actually did, I can’t help that they didn’t type it in, but since it wasn’t typed in after spending about 50$ I guess adding cheese was just too much of a problem, and the fact that he had to go into the computer just to find my meal to tell me I didn’t order a cheeseburger only ketchup is wild to me. All that for a 5¢ piece of cheese. 0/10. Will never come back here again! And this was the manager of the store…..the cashier was nice!!

4.pc chicken basket was not 4 pieces. It was 3 with a broken chunk. Gravy was actual water, so gross you could not possibly use. Fries were so old they had to be left over from lunch, this order was at 4p. I took a gamble on this location because the Noblesville one is so bad. I didn't realize how low it could get until now. Do yourself a favor, and do not ever visit this establishment.

Always love going here for a blizzard. My wife had a Sunday split. The ice cream is always top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area. The atmosphere is a little dated but what was most important which is the ice cream is always excellent.

Tried to give this place another chance despite the same problem the last 2 visits. The burger always seems microwaved or it's been sitting for a while. The burgers were warm, but so was the lettuce and tomato and condiments. Warm, drooping veggies on a burger are just nasty. Other Dairy Queens that I've been to don't have this issue. Will NOT be back.

Had 2 chili dogs, small hamburger, small drink and strawberry sundae. Food was hot and juicy! Service was exceptional!!!!!

I wanted to order an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday but the online ordering wouldn’t let me place an order -it says 2 days needed to add the writing of Happy Birthday (I was placing the order on a Wed afternoons for a Friday afternoon pickup). I decided to call to see if they had the cake we wanted. I called 3 times, someone picked up on the 2nd call that didn’t speak English and hung up on me. This was a very frustrating experience!

This is definitely one of the better DQs out there. The service is fast and friendly and the food is hot and well prepared every single time. I got a blizzard tonight and it was so full that it was literally over the top of the cup and I had to eat a bunch of it fast so I wouldn't make a mess. At other places I look in the cup and see that it's not filled anywhere near the top.

The hamburger was microwaved completely the hamburger was cold the bun was hot chewy and wet the cheese was sloppy very low quality.. there are better burgers at the gas station this place is really bad... I've got pics just nowhere to upload

Without a doubt, the VERY BEST HAMBURGER in the Indianapolis area. Well Worth the drive. Price is Right. Service is Friendly & Second to None!

DQ Carmel made my day! Was trying to find the peanut brittle crunch, made a quick call and DQ Carmel had it! Service was quick, friendly, and I highly recommend stopping by!
