Course is great. Pace of play is literally one of the worst in Houston. They way over book the course and the Marshalls don’t really do anything to slow players other than verbal warnings. Most rounds I’ve had are around 5 hours if I even have the patience to finish a full 18. Message to the course, stop being greedy and pace out the tee times better.
Edited: After seeing the response from the general manager I apologize that my exact timing for my most recent round was not exact. That being said when your Google reviews number 1 complaint is pace of play, maybe have some introspective discussions rather than tracking GPS down to the minute. Truly love the layout of the courses and the staff has always been nice but pace of play could be much better with a little better pacing.
Great customer service; seeing the work and investment they are putting into the course.

Terrible service and workers harassing us over having too many carts that they sold to us

Mr. Stone,
When your group checked in to play on Saturday, we weren’t told that you had a non-golfing spectator riding along. We issue cart keys on busy days to our customers, and by complete accident issued your group a third key. This was our mistake, and our starter caught this when you arrived at the first tee and asked about the spectator and for a receipt for the third cart. You told him that you had paid for the extra cart when you checked in to play when in fact you hadn’t, nor did you have a receipt for the extra cart. After you agreed and paid for the third cart, so that you were aware this was an exception and that we typically don’t rent spectator carts on busy days, we felt that it was necessary that a member of our management team come out to talk with you. His mission was only to let you know our policy for future reference; it was not harassment.
