Extremely rude staff. Refuses to give me a refund when I am due one. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Hello, thank you for your comments. Its disappointing that you think our staff are rude, which i mist disagree with. As you did not collect your booked vehicle and then called the following day to cancel. We are unable to process a refund for this hire as we turned away other business to hold the vehicle for you. Our staff called your driver numerous times to ask when they were coming but no one arrived.

This is the second times I've used this company. Really straightforward and pleasant. I was running late for my pick up an they were extremely accommodating. Made moving house less stressful. Van was in great condition and easy to drive.
