A faultless, polite and conscientious service. There was a simple fault with my lawnmower which, as a gardener, I should have clocked myself. Duh. CEM fixed the problem and returned my machine way before the estimated 10-day turnover for their minimum fee. No hidden costs, no unrequested work done, no rolling of eyes and huffing and puffing about the difficulty of the repair or the potential expense. I would 100% recommend this business, and will certainly return when I break my things in the future.
