We believe there may be some misunderstanding here. When we spoke, you were specifically looking for a repair on an older pool deck. As a pool and patio builder, we do not offer patchwork or partial repair services of that nature.

That said, we did not ignore your request — we provided the option we can stand behind, which was a full replacement of the concrete and coping. This is the only approach we offer because it ensures a proper, long-lasting result rather than a temporary fix.

We understand that this may not have been the solution you were hoping for, but we always aim to be upfront about the scope of work we can responsibly take on.

We do apologize if there was any frustration during the interaction, but it’s important to clarify that we did respond and provide a valid option based on our services.

With over 22 years in business, we’ve built our reputation on professionalism, clear communication, and honoring our agreements. The terms of this project—including payment schedules—were outlined and agreed upon in advance.
While we always strive to provide a positive experience, we believe that mutual respect and adherence to those agreements are essential on both sides. We provide our services at fair and agreed-upon rates, and we stand by the work we deliver. It is both unprofessional and unacceptable to enter into an agreement for services and then attempt to avoid payment once those services have been completed.
We fulfilled our obligations exactly as outlined—nothing more and nothing less. Unfortunately, we were forced to involve legal counsel to secure payment for work that had already been rendered in good faith.
Any perception of “disrespect” may stem from the fact that we do not operate like contractors who can be pressured or manipulated into accepting non-payment. We conduct our business with integrity and expect the same in return.
Respect is mutual and earned through honest dealings. Ultimately, payment was required for the services you requested and received, and we stand by the outcome.
