My pop top was starting to show signs of deterioration in the gel coat. Karl did a fantastic job of restoring it and giving it a fresh look. Very professional company and would highly recommend.

Having someone cut into your beloved van like a giant sardine can is a big decision! Needless to say, finding a trustworthy van conversion company was our top priority. Stepping into Customhaus, we immediately felt confident we were in good hands. Despite being visibly busy, Karl and his team patiently took the time to discuss our requirements and gave us a tour of the workshop, which helped us visualise the art of the possible. Karl, Kirsty, Tara, Euolanda and the team, made the whole process enjoyable. Tara efficiently translated our needs into a quote, accommodated last-minute changes, and kept us informed via WhatsApp during the conversion process. The transformation from panel van to day van was astounding! The craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail are unmatched. Karl's thorough explanation of the pop-top and electrical system, along with his patient answers to my many questions, ensured a smooth handover. Customhaus installed a pop top on my MWB sprinter. The service from the team at Customhaus was fantastic. They were very easy to deal with, with a very straight forward ordering and options process. The work was done impeccably with fantastic attention to detail. Really can’t thank them enough. They also have really nice stickers!

I would like to say a big thank you to, Karl,kirsty,Tara,and Euolada for taking the time to listen to me as I explained how I wanted my van done. Also I would like to thank Gareth and cam for the lovely work they had done I'm over the moon, I used it this weekend and everything worked as it should, thank you lad's. I cannot rate this company highly enough….. their customer service is exceptional. My fridge broke on a recent camping trip and they rang me try and talk through the issue and managed (against the odds) to source and replace a new fridge before my next camping trip. I have also used them for bodywork and electrical issues. Big thanks to the whole team 😀

I had a Horizon pop-top put on my VW T6, as well as extensive lighting and electrical work. It was finished to the highest standards and actually faster than expected. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. Karl, Tara, and the whole team were incredible. They were attentive, efficient, accommodating and friendly. I am looking forward to coming back and getting the next phase built by them!

From the first call into Customhaus where I initially inquired about having a pop top supplied and fitted. I spoke with Karl and he advised me on which one he thought would suit my new van. I asked about the stages that could follow the pop top fitting and the team at Customhaus basically led me by the hand making suggestions as they went. Eventually I took the plunge and booked the van in for conversion. They took an empty Kombi and made this van into a very special camper van. I cant thank the whole team there enough for what they have achieved their total dedication to quality craftsmanship is beyond my wildest dreams. Tara took care of the quotes and keeping me updated with times, updated photos of the build and projected finishing times. They were spot on to the day. Then we were invited to pick it up. Wow is an understatement. Then they took the time to spend two hours explaining in great detail on what they had done and how to use it gong forward. I cant thank them enough.

Thanks to Karl and his team for sourcing us a van and carrying out the first 2 phases of our conversion, really chuffed with the service and quality. Now looking forward to the team finishing it off over the next few months. Would really recommend Custom Haus and really appreciated their knowledge and advice. Absolutely MEGA job!!! I wanted to convert my van myself (as much as possible) but went to Customhaus for the technical bits and professional finish. What can I say? The van looks amazing. The team were extremely helpful throughout. From accepting the detailed quote, communication was excellent and any queries were answered promptly. I highly recommend Customhaus, you won't be disappointed!

I had a window installed by Custom Haus. The whole process was great. I received a detailed quote with clear, reasonable pricing. Easy to drop off/pick up the van. The job itself was a quick turnaround, with good communication about when it would be completed. Fair payment process, good quality work. Looks really tidy! Would definitely recommend and I'll be back if I need anything else done.

We had windows fitted on our Ford Transit Custom SWB. Karl and the team were flexible, patient and quick. Tara also took the time to chat the rest of the conversion through with me, offering advice and places to buy insulation. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Customhaus again, great company.

Exceptional Service!! I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to express my gratitude to everyone at CUSTOM HAUS for fitting a Horizon Pop Top roof to my VW T6. I could not be happier with it, it's amazing!!! The quality and craftsmanship, attention to detail and care taken with my roof conversion is truly wonderful. From my first conversation with Karl, I was confident and comfortable I was in safe hands. Karl's knowledge and expertise is second to none. His passion for his craft shines through when he talks and explains everything involved in the process. These guys also do pretty much anything you need for your vehicle, I added a few things when I visited and none of them were an issue. Custom Haus is a well oiled, professional machine. Kirsty, Tara and Euolanda in the office make it run as smooth as a really bloody smooth thing! From the start, the quoting system and comunication was first class. Karl and Kirsty and the team @Customhaus, were a pleasure to visit and correspond with, throughout a very successful build. From the very first handshake we had the impression of a personable, professional, family business - refreshingly 'un-corporate'. Karl's infectious enthusiasm and 'can-do-attitude', demonstrated by the craftmanship of his team in the quality of products in the workshop, made this a really happy experience.

Custom Haus did a great job of supplying and attaching a fiamma awning to my campervan. They were extremely efficient and explained every step to me. Will definitely go to them again.

Karl provided me with lots of knowledge and information on how to go about converting my van and where to find the parts I need. We have just had our Ford Custom van conversion done. Fantastic workmanship. Great communication. Rusty our van looks amazing we had our first night away in him. Very comfortable.
