The staff was very professional and easy to talk with. Linnea did an outstanding job repairing/restoring a damaged picture frame. Very pleased with the work and I highly recommend this shop.

Professional framers that know what they are doing. There is a great selection of frames to select from and I have a beautiful finished product 😊

Sarah at CFS has made an incredible impact on my family. I gave her a bunch of old paintings my late grandfather had painted as I wanted to surprise my dad with a way of preserving them forever. What I received was beyond amazing. Sarah was able to create not one, but two beautiful collections of my grandfather’s work that brought my whole family to tears. I’m so happy with how my medical degree turned out! I didn’t really know what I wanted and they were so patient showing me suggestions and options for framing it. The service was quick and professional. You can tell that everyone in the shop is passionate about the art they create and I loved getting to see all their work! We will be back to frame my husband’s doctorate as well!

Staff very friendly and did very good work on 100 year old plate and war bond poster from WW2. I would recommend custom frames to anybody who wants quality work.

The framers are very professional and really know their craft. I've had a couple pieces with them and have been very satisfied and pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

This is a late review that I have continued to forget to post, but most definitely need to, because I could not recommend this location more!!!
Several months ago my significant other and I were seeking services to have a 23 year old baby photo with a LARGE amount of water damage restored to its original glory. After speaking with a lovely gentleman named Trevor who works at Custom Frame Services, Inc., he informed us that although he couldn't restore the original photo, he could edit it to look as close to the original as possible.
1. He finished the project in half the time originally projected.
2. Extremely professional, charismatic, and knowledgeable in his craft.
3. Was quite patient; I was having financial setbacks at the time and he was completely understanding of my having to delay pickup.
When I laid eyes on the completed project, I was absolutely thrilled. To my untrained eye, it was a near exact replica of the original. It genuinely brought tears to my eyes. The work was beautiful.
I will, hands down, only be going back to Trevor for future projects like this!!!
