We were very happy with the overall quality of the work, and the end result met our expectations. The workmanship was of a good standard, and the finished space looks great.
There were a couple of minor issues along the way—one quoted item wasn’t completed due to a communication oversight, and we did need to follow up at times to ensure care was taken to minimise mess through the house.
That said, we understand there had been some recent staff changes, which may have contributed to these hiccups.

Didn’t even finish our job and left us with a half finished bathroom with many issues after we paid in full. So many issues and so much stress caused by this bathroom renovation that has been ongoing for months and it should have been finished ages ago. They can’t even be bothered contacting us personally to explain that their QBCC licence was cancelled.
Form the start of the reno to the finish, all crew where nothing but professional and went above and beyond all of the work conducted!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The photos on social media look great, but a closer inspection reveals a disappointing lack of attention to detail in the finishes. After handover, we had to tighten both the toilet roll holder and the shower fixtures ourselves, as they were extremely loose. The plastering around the vanity and toilet was poorly done, and the paintwork is full of imperfections.
Beyond the finish, the entire renovation process was frustrating. It often felt like the tradespeople didn’t coordinate with one another—each seemed to do their part without considering how it would impact the next, which led to unnecessary complications and delays. Overall, the experience was very stressful, and unfortunately, we wouldn’t use this company again.

The renovation was completed September 2024 in Edge Hill. I spoke with Alex at the time about a concern and was advised “ We have done your bathroom to the Australia standard…” I did not raise any further issues after this as I did not see the benefit in doing so.

Our first contact with Custom Bathroom Creations was very positive, professional and friendly. Stefan firmed up a fair price with fantastic ideas and design.
We were working with a 45 year old bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, vanity and laundry, but wanted to redesign, to include a separate toilet.
Selections were easy to make with the assistance of NCP Caloundra.
Work started on the designated date and completed on schedule and on budget.
Only when you experience a full bathroom renovation you realize the complexities and number of trades people that have to be scheduled.
The team from start to finish were exemplary with their care, attention to detail and friendliness. We felt comfortable at all times with every member of the team.

Don't suggest using this custom bathroom creations till they get there management sorted.
Had a brand new bathroom put in tiling. paint and glass work amazing everything else not so go, plumber stuffed up somewhere blamed use trying to make us pay, major water leak that is damaging our new floor and tiles 5 days and still not fixed an no answers.
Chippie didn't want to change the old water damaged floors even know it is in contract to change had to fight to get it changed and some rotten wood.
Site management promises the world but will not deliver at all, no one ask questions just goes for gold then comes back through to fix weeks later if ever gets fixed.
Can't ever get ahold of the owner as he is always overseas to get him around to have a look at the problems , so when you ring they make you call the site management and they never show even when the is a major leak have to hound to get him to show.
So you would be better off using other companies till things get sorted pay a premium for half a job
