Pajaf recently had the pleasure of trying out this product/service, and I must say it has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very first interaction, it was clear that quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction were the top priorities. Every aspect, from design to functionality, reflects a level of professionalism and dedication that is rare to find. One of the most impressive features is its user-friendly design. Everything is intuitive, making it easy for anyone to get started without any confusion. The layout, interface, and overall organization are so well thought out that it significantly enhances the overall experience. Whether you are a first-time user or someone experienced, navigating through the features feels effortless and enjoyable.

Not good. Keep in mind this is the urology every day sunscreen broad spectrum SPF 30. Bought this product for an upcoming Mexico trip. It did not irritate my sensitive skin and I really liked how it said it. Targeted different skin concerns. However, this sunscreen was a no go for me as it left a dark white cast on both me and my boyfriend every morning

Challenging, but Worth It Pros:Great product with an inspiring mission. I work with the smartest and most fun people of all jobs that I've had. I'm learning a ton and am trusted with a lot of responsibility. My manager allows me to make mistakes and learn from them. I feel a lot of pride about the work that I do and who I do it with and the people who benefit from our end product. We have an executive team with impressive experience at major players in beauty and CPG who know what they are doing, even if the choices can be unpopular. I personally have grown a ton here and learned so much; I can't imagine having had the same opportunities at very many other companies. Cons:With the shift to remote work, Curology is still figuring out the best way to communicate across teams. it's also been a time of growing pains from curology, going from a hot new start up in a booming economy to a scaled company in a recession. We've had to make some really hard choices and layoffs as a result, but they were the right thing to do for the health of the business. I think most of the negative reviews on here are due to those actions.

Effective Products, Collaborative Team, Strong Leadership Pros:The dermatologic care provided at Curology is consistently high-quality, demonstrating a genuine commitment to patient well-being. Patient care is clearly at the heart of every decision made, and the effectiveness of both prescription and non-prescription products highlights the company’s dedication to delivering real results. The team here is passionate and driven, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone’s contributions are valued. Leadership believes that great ideas can come from anywhere. This mindset has created a workplace where innovation thrives, and team members feel empowered to contribute. Curology’s CEO has effectively managed the challenges that come with a rapidly growing organization, ensuring we stay focused on long-term goals. Her approachability and commitment to supporting the team have contributed to a productive work environment. While no organization is without its challenges, I’ve seen firsthand the care and effort that go into continuously improving the company for both employees and patients. For anyone considering joining Curology, I would say it is a place where you can grow, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to a mission that truly makes a difference. I truly enjoy working here! Cons:No organization is without its challenges, and rapidly growing companies often face unique hurdles. While we’ve faced some necessary team restructuring and subsequent employee turnover, it has opened the door for fresh innovation and new perspectives. Smaller teams have proven to be more agile and effective. One of the challenges we face is effectively communicating in marketing material the full impact of the medical care we provide. What we do for our patients goes beyond what is captured in a medical chart, and translating that into clear, impactful consumer-facing messaging can be complex. Despite strong leadership and a passionate team, bridging this gap remains an area for continued focus and growth. Advice to Management:Keep highlighting the numerous successes and "wins" we’ve achieved as a company.

Poor company structure Pros:The people are great at Curology. I've enjoyed getting to work with many individuals and getting to know my peers throughout the years. Cons:Horrible manager who didn't care and empathize with employees. The company structure was chaotic and you're expected to put in your 110% but will be let go in a heartbeat. Extremely toxic environment. The company also lacks growth, promotions are given questionably, but career growth is stunted overall.

Soft, Glowy Skin with Custom Care I’ve been using Curology for a while now, and I can’t get over how soft and glowing my skin feels! The products have truly transformed my skincare routine. The cleanser, in particular, stands out for being incredibly gentle and smooth, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. Unlike other cleansers that can feel harsh or drying, this one leaves my skin feeling fresh without any irritation. What I love most is how customizable Curology is. It’s tailored specifically to my skin’s needs and concerns, which makes all the difference. My formula targets my exact skin issues, and the results speak for themselves. Curology took my pimple-prone skin and turned it into a clear, smooth complexion! My skin feels more hydrated, and I’ve noticed a natural glow I didn’t have before. Curology is more than just a skincare routine — it’s a personalized approach that adapts to my skin’s changing needs. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for clear, glowing skin with a regimen that’s built just for them!

Reviews don't lie Pros:The physical products are effective and you may like some of your peers if you ever get a chance to meet them (any commitment to in-person culture has long been abandoned). Cons:Curology was once a functional and thriving company, but since Heather took over as CEO, she has been deeply committed to and thoroughly successful in driving the company into the ground. Any leaders that had industry sense and were connected to what was working well for the business in the earlier years are long gone. Like mentioned in many reviews, virtually all of top leadership have since been replaced by Heather's cronies from her last company where she was President as they went bankrupt. If you've ever been curious what failing upwards looks like, look no further than the Curology leadership team. Every few months a new strategy is communicated down from the leaders who seem too ashamed to show their face to anyone who isn't a manager. They then ride talented and competent ICs to deliver on said strategies with arbitrary and impossible timelines. As soon as any effort nears fruition, they decide it has taken too long, hasn't delivered value, and that the only sound option is to layoff more people and pivot to another half-baked, bound-to-fail strategy. No company is successful in 100% of its efforts and generally, I understand and agree that the blame game is unhelpful, but the problem here is that exec has taken zero ownership over pointing the business in directions that have been verifiably damaging to its trajectory. The most they've ever done is vomit vague platitudes at the time of layoffs about how the business has to make hard decisions in the face of underperformance, when that "underperformance" seems to consistently be sourced back to the strategic direction they've set forth. For a time, they solicited feedback and pretended that they would act on it, but even that had stopped by the time I left. It is evident that Curology's sole purpose at this point is to print money for the exec & friends until they're the only employees left and the company truly implodes. I honestly believe they're so dense and incapable that even after laying off the very last IC, they would still report an optimistic view for the company's future. Tl;dr - Trust what the other reviews say and stay far, far away Advice to Management:Sell the company or lay yourselves off. The medical, engineering, and lifecycle team could sustain this company without any of the senior leadership and then those bloated salaries could be redistributed to the people actually keeping things afloat.

Lots of turnover and lack of pay equity Pros:I met some wonderful people, some of whom I am still friends with today! Cons:The biggest frustration was the lack of pay equity. At minimum wage, or close to, it’s nearly impossible for staff to survive in one of the most expensive cities in the U.S.

Lots of changes. Metrics needed to be met but the schedule was flexible. There were a lot of changes in the company over the years. There have been frequent layoffs over the past few years.

This company is a sinking ship, it's too bad Pros:Good work-life balance. Some pleasant people. Remote work. Perk of getting an Agency or Curology subscription. Cons:No culture or team mentality. Monthly all-staff meetings are not engaging and are bad for morale because it's continually just a report from ELT about how the company is not meeting goals. Most people are for him/herself and pass the buck, half of people are not competent at their job, uninspired, and/or have a bad attitude and just want out. Overall morale is just low, probably because there's nothing done to create an environment that makes people want to stay and because there are layoffs every other month. Just beware - there's not much job security if they don't turn this ship around and start improving sales. Advice to Management:Create an open door culture so ELT is more accessible and seem more human. Be friendly, currently most ELT are unapproachable and not appreciative or even that kind, the type that don't care to engage with anyone on their team that's not a direct report. Host fewer all-staff and departmental meetings, they're currently unproductive and just a bummer to sit through; they're not helpful or engaging as-is. Create an atmoshere of appreciation and celebration; currently no successes or kudos are acknowledged which makes the job feel valueless.

Great engineering culture Pros:Curology has an amazing engineering culture. Engineers are always willing to support others, pair program, answer questions, bounce ideas. The people here are the best part about it. Cons:Leadership has changed a lot over the last few years, leading to a lack of focus around company vision and priorities.

If you do not like the smell of mint, I would not recommend this smell peppermint I believe This is the acne body wash for my back pacifically, and within a week or two I’ve noticed that the bumps in the dark spots on my back have faded a bit, but they aren’t completely gone, which is OK because at the end of the day it did what I have to do. The price was very affordable, and the size of the bottle was truly long lasting. It was a very meaty smell and it was good overall.

Good for my acne prone skin I like this Curology cleanser because I been having acne prone skin on my chin for a long time since I was in my mid or late teens , and so far it has improved my skin for a few weeks and I apply a blemish cream afterward to help clear it.

Horrible leadership team with no sense of direction Pros:Work from home policy is great; lots of intelligent and driven coworkers Cons:The leadership team refuses to take any ownership or accountability for the business decisions they've made, choosing to blame VPs and Directors in front of the board. I've never heard of a company getting rid of most of the VPs all at once, with no backfill or strategy in mind. Due to the poor leadership and lack of accountability, people are scrambling to leave Curology. Aside from this, many of new VPs and Directors they're bringing in are not qualified to do their jobs, specifically on the Marketing team. They do not understand the business and choose to instill a culture of distrust, as opposed to trusting the existing team members to do their jobs. The culture has become extremely toxic. If you're thinking about joining Curology, think again. Advice to Management:Please take some accountability for the decisions you've made and allow your employees to make decisions if they were hired to do so
