I’d leave zero stars if I could. I’ve had Culver’s a handful of times over the last year from this location. Each and every single time my order was messed up entirely. From mountains of mushrooms on my burger that i didn’t order to missing items entirely. This location is a failure and so are the staff. One messed up order okay. 5 messed up orders consecutively? Just go ahead and close it down man.

Megan H was very polite, she asked how my day was, where i worked and once i said i worked at the bank she asked if i was a teller. She initiated a conversation and not many people do that these days! I appreciated the Friendliness.
12.1.25 update I come here often for my concrete mixers and even if megan isnt by the window she will waive at me. She is very nice and happy when i go through the drive thru.

So, I just stopped at the Greenwood Culver’s for a small cup of chocolate custard…it’s delicious 😊
However, the price was $3.70(not a problem with that) my problem is “Lee”working the drive through window. At $3.10, I gave her $10.70. Her response when I handed it to her was “the rest of it (my change of $7) is for me?” No smile as a joke or light hearted. Just seriously want the $7.00 tip.
I’m sorry I found that to be rude.
