It's the most difficult decision when you have to remove your loved one from their home and place them in assisted living. Our family had to make this hard decision recently for our mother. You have to have faith and trust that the place you have chosen will treat your family member with care and respect. The Cudahy Place not only does this, they also genuinely love their residents. My mother came with challenges, but I've been amazed and so grateful at how they transformed her fears into not only a safe and trusting place, but a fun place. I cannot say enough about Lindsey the Administrator and every staff member there. They are always smiling and happy to do the difficult work they do, day after day. After researching and touring many places, we know there is no better place for our mother than Cudahy Place. Thank you for setting our minds at ease.

Today marks a full week for our mother at Cudahy Place. It has been truly an emotional journey for my family. We really wanted to find a place that had the care, consideration, and empathy we knew our mom deserved. At this point in time, we believe we have found that place. The staff and director foster an environment of kindness, expertise, and understanding. Knowing our mother is cared for to this extent makes an enormous difference to us. We are grateful.

This is my favorite Encore Community to visit. The staff LOVE to laugh and bring energy to every shift. Engaging activities are happening every day and a smaller community allows for each staff member to really get to know and care for the residents who call Cudahy Place home!

My sister and I moved our 92 year old mother to Cudahy Place last December. Our mother had lived independently for many, many years but we felt it was time to move her to a safer, more secure environment with oversight. Although this process is daunting, Sarah and her team made the final decision easy. We could not be happier with the care she has received. The facility and grounds are clean and kept up which is so important. There is a lot of light which is also a plus, not dark and dingy. The entire staff loves our mother and true to their word, she has comfortably settled in and participates in the activities. With every visit, we both thank God she is safe and well cared for at Cudahy Place!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the staff of Cudahy Place for Senior Living for daily caring for my Mom during this vicious Alzheimer’s journey. Sarah, the administrator, is also a superb, loving caregiver. They are always warm, open, kind and supportive. It takes special people to do what they do and do it so well, thank you!
Cudahy Place and the entire staff are AMAZING! I moved my mom in last December at age 92. The building is always clean and the staff incredibly friendly. I would give a ten star rating if possible. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. Sarah, the administrator, was so helpful with getting my mom acclimated. The whole move process was all new to me, and Sarah put me at ease. They always have fun activities going on for the residents. My mom has made many new friends there! She loves her room, the food, the staff and the whole environment.

This is not a facility you should use. My sister was there for 2 years. The management was not good. I felt that my sister was in danger there. They were often understaffed, there were 4 house managers in the 2 years that I was there. The food was not good. If you go on the Wisconsin state website you can see their bad rating and their many state violations.
