First Impressions laid our resin drive roughly 5 years ago still looks amazing..Had a small issue reported it to First Impressions.Danielle took our call reported it to Danny (manager) issue resolved in a matter of days.Thats what I call a good company with good good customer service. Highly reccommend them. Thank you all the team at First Impressions Middlesborough

Can't recommend First impressions more! We had a few driveway company's come out and have a look at the drive. tbf they were all close when it came to price but Danny gave the best first impression. There was no pressure to go with them or pushing us to get a particular driveway, lots of advice and was happy to answer any questions. Big thank you to Paul, Banky & Nathan who worked on the drive. Very polite lads who were happy to answer any questions. Keep us up to date on what they were doing if they had to move things about due to weather. We are over the moon how it turned out. Highly recommend first impressions, from the first initial quote to completion of the project everything was smooth sailing! Very quick to respond to any questions or queries & the lads worked through a storm/rain and a Saturday to make sure the job was finished within the week and the results are amazing! Brilliant workmanship I have just had pattered concrete done in my back garden by first impression. I am absolutely over the moon with the results. Nothing was to much trouble from the team they went above & beyond. I would highly recommend this company & I would definitely use them again. Very pleased with the work carried out by Alan, Andy and Dale, under extremely hot weather as well. They turned up on time and kept me informed every step of the way. The transformation to my back garden is unreal. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Massive thank you to the team. They were absolutely incredible and worked around the slight access issues (single track road) The lads working all week were so amazing. They kept us informed throughout, making us aware when things had to change due to unforeseen issues and explaining why the change had to be made rather than doing it and leaving us oblivious to this matter. On the final day there was an additional design choice that needed to be made. There was the initial plan of "yep, border all the way around" however one of the guys kinda realised it wouldn't look aesthetically pleasing, at the end of the day they are professionals and we took this onboard and trusted his opinion, and thank god we did. Even in the horrible cold of January they both always had a smile on their face. When neighbours needed to be out and they had blocked the road to drop materials off, they didn't hesitate to drop tools and move for our neighbours when really they probably only needed another 5 minutes to finish unloading. We couldn't be happier with the work the guys did.

I suggest when booking First Impressions and signing a contract you think twice. Before Christmas they came and measured the area gave me a price (which we signed a contract and paid the deposit) job to start 20th January. Just after Christmas another man came measured again and said the measurement was different. A week goes by then they come back to inform me it would be more. Today is Wednesday and the job was to start on Monday. Very disappointed this is the firms mistake and as pensioners the price quoted was what we could afford.

We do sincerely apologise for any issue you have had with us. We pride ourselves in giving the best customer service possible here at First Impressions.
Can I just hightlight that our business procedure is that the representative calls firstly to take measurements and give options of the services we offer.
This is where the dispute has occurred as the area quoted for and what you say you wanted was different and not added into the quote. It has been a mix up in communication between yourself and our representative, and again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This was highlighted when Danny has came to survey the job before the due date. I can assure you we notified you as soon as the error was made aware of and then visited again when cost implications were correctly calculated.
We returned your deposit that day as understandably you did not want to forgo with the work at the additional cost nor come to an agreeable resolution.
This is extremely saddening for us as it is for yourself.
Again we apologise

Resin Driveway Contacted First Impressions through check a trade. They made an appointment and came and discussed what I wanted and advised me what would be best. I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, however I chose to go with them for installation of my resin drive and I'm so glad I did. They did a brilliant job from start to finish and went above and beyond to please! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks lads, I love the driveway, and my neighbours have already said how nice the drive looks and what a good job you've done!

Falmouth driveway Even though we were fighting the weather conditions and our start date was a week later, once the team got started it was full steam ahead. Extend current patio area and remainder to replace with Artifical Turf with a Brick border Initial Job we were very happy with. Our concern was weeds poking through the existing pebbles. We were told the new Job with Artificial Turf would ensure the weeds would not come back. It looked beautiful, until 8 months later when the dreaded weeds pushed through the Turf and between the Turf and brick border. After weeks of repeatedly trying to get them to come and take a look, they finally came and admitted it shouldn't have happened. They immediately pulled up the turf, weeded and sprayed weedkiller and laid a membrane before re-laying the Turf. It now looks Beautiful. Thank you.

We were assured that the works being carried out and the Turf being laid would stop further weeds pushing through. After only 8 months (Work done end of Aug 2023) the same type of weeds have pushed through the turf itself and around the perimeter between the turf and the Brick border. I have tried contacting them 9 times (8 calls and 1 e-mail) Twice I did speak to a lady who told me she would get someone to call me back, I left voicemails for the rest. No response, so I also sent a letter Rec Del received 07/06/24. No response
