Absolutely amazing. Had my pc at a different store for over a week. They didn’t even look at it and continued to tell me they’ll look at it next week. Went here and the manager took a look at it and immediately fixed the problem. It took all of five minutes. Atmosphere was amazing and they were both great. Customer service was the best I have experienced in a computer store. Go here if you need anything fixed or installed!!
I wish I could give this place another great review but google won’t let me. Let’s just say they fixed my broken computer screen for half the price Microsoft was going to charge me. They are honest people who will tell you what actually is wrong and will fix it fast and at the lowest cost possible! I will always use them and tell people to use them for their computer problems!
If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would! So story is I took my computer to Best Buy because it wouldn’t charge and that’s where I bought it and they (Best Buy geek squad) told me it was because my battery was bad and it would cost the same to replace the battery and buying a new computer which would have been around $1,200. I dropped it off to Computer technology of Carmel since I saw all the good reviews and and within the hour they called me and said it wasn’t my battery and got my computer fixed and got me a brand new charge for only $100! Great and honest people! I will take all my computer problems to them from now on

I’ve taken my old laptop here multiple times for issues as well as my new one to get everything switched over. They get the diagnosis done pretty quickly and then give me a detailed explanation on what’s wrong and how much it’ll cost. Most of the time they get it done quite quickly and way sooner than what I was expecting. I highly recommend this local business since they have done an amazing job with me and my pc issues. I will be coming back when this new laptop has issues.
